I like that he gets images done before he does any manipulation. A doctor should know what is going on in the inside before he starts cracking everything. That is the appropriate way to treat someone with injury. I went in yesterday for a consultation. We went over X-rays and he showed me what he saw and gave his recommendations. I came in also today for a follow up and to sign up for treatment plan. First, I love the ambiance of the office. He has soft music playing in background and keeps the office dimly lit. It creates the atmosphere of calm and serenity. He has different equipment used for rehab and therapy. Including what I call the booty shaker (the machine that you stand on and it vibrates) LOL. My shoulder was aching behind the shoulder blades and he used a massage gun to help break up that tension. His pricing is reasonable. I would say half of what some other places were charging when I called around. First impressions go a long way and I am excited to get my back in top shape.

During the exam, Dr Washer took her time and did a fantastic job of asking questions and providing details that allowed her and our cheerleader to understand the injury, set realistic limitations, and a recovery plan.
