So my go-to spot is typically in Hollywood but I was so tired of the drive and the lack of parking so I decided to try and find a place nearby. I found this place and saw they were brand new so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment ahead of time for a Friday afternoon so I'm glad to know when I got there it was pretty empty. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and I noticed how clean the place was. The pedicure section were like these almost lazy-boy type chairs (heaven). They were so fluffy and comfy. There was only 3 staff working but everyone was so welcoming and so kind. Aside from loving my manicure and pedicure I think what I loved most is how much parking was available regardless that this place was off Main Street. Because the salon just opened they were offering 20% off which was really nice! Once you park I think the easiest way to find the salon is off Main. Just keep a lookout for a chalkboard sign near the barber shop and turn there, you'll find the salon in the back suite. Super cute and clean place to get your nails done! This storefront is located in the hallway where the old Boiling Crab used to be. Also on the same block is Charlie's Trio and Road to Seoul. Came in and got a gel-x mani. It was my first time and Trieu made it a great experience. Instruments and tools come from a brand new sanitized pouch. Trulycure is one of the few cleanest nail salons I've been to by far. It's so cute and cozy here. There is rarely any wait time, this is the third time I've visited Trulycure. The front desk guy Andrew is super nice and professional. The ladies that does my pedicure and manicure are very friendly and gentle. There are 4 types of pedicures to choose from I got aloe and matcha which comes with a sugar scrub, green tea mask, hot wax and hot stone massage, I also got the classic manicure. I watched as they took tools out of sealed bags, they told me they never reuse files. Oh AND this place offers complimentary drinks, comfy chairs and soothing music. I got the hot coffee. They provided one of the best pedicures I have ever had. They paid attention to the contours of my nails and made sure I was always comfortable. It's a little pricier than others but worth every dollar because of the professionalism of the staff. They have gotten busier over time so it's a good idea to make an appointment.
