I usually call first thing…read morein the morning to check their availability for the same day & if it's too busy I'll ask to book an appointment for the next day or future date. All of the nail techs are great! I request for Cici when I want to do cat-eye or more simple gel manicures. If I want more artsy designs, I'll usually request for Ella or Karen. Gel manis are still $45, with full cat-eye adding an additional $15. Hand drawn art design nails may add between $4-6 per nail, depending on the design; while if you're okay with stickers, it may be $2-3/each. More intricate nail designs will require more time & cost more depending on what it is -- so I would inform them if this is something you want to do so they can allot the right amount of time for your booking. I typically spend about 1.5-2 hours to get my nails done (including removing the previous months' nails, nail trimming, shaping, cuticles, etc.) As stated before: Easy parking in the First St. structure behind the shop. Restroom available in the back of the store & always clean. They also do have bottled water, if needed.

Karen offers water during the sessions, and when I show Ella inspo pics she tailors the designs to my hand size and nail shape preference. Ella is so quick with her work as well and her attention to detail is unreal. 3. Clean spaces, bright lighting 4. Great color options. I'm a big fan of cat eye nails and there's endless colors to choose from 5. Reasonable pricing and they always quote you the price before you start to make sure you're ok with it Overall this is my go-to place for nails. I love everyone here!

This breezy shopping center on Atlantic used to be one giant store called Superco -- I got a…read morerotating fan here one afternoon after dim sum at Ocean Star in the next block. Sadly, Superco and Ocean Star are both gone, but rising from the ashes is a bunch of fun stuff, like Smoking Tiger and this jumbo-sized nail salon next door, Magical Nails. Nothing too magical about it, but this busy salon has about 10,000 polish shades to choose from, and a printed menu with prices so you know what you're getting and how much it will be. All the salon chairs have the back massage function which kills two birds with one stone. Easy parking right in front, walk-ins welcome, and no waiting for your mani-pedi. I stuck my nose in to have a look, and was getting beautified just a few moments later. Minus one star for some unnecessary upselling, and a sour face from the greeter when I declined. But a free bottle of water cheered me up. Would I go back? Yes.

I had a blue French manicure with flower designs and gold in the middle. $80 for gel x and increases from there per nail, design, color, etc. They have Japanese and Korean gel, but also other nail polishes. Regular polish is just okay. They don't really dry the regular polish that long, but they are detailed oriented. They also do gel & regular pedicures and lash services! Cash preferred and parking nearby in the surrounding lots! Appointments are recommended, but they have a lot of nail techs!

I got gel manicure and Jenn really paid attention to detail, normally the places I go to I end up leaving with my gel being bumping and rough as they are just trying to get me out of the chair as fast as they can, but Jenn took her time and would wipe the gel is it wasn't being applied nicely. I'm definitely going to be going back. 10/10 would recommend.
