Yet she should know better not to gossip/complain about her customer while she was working on my nails with her coworkers in Mandrain. I might not speak it but i understand everything they gossip about me. Complaining how time consuming is to work on my nails. Every time i go there i spend at least $200 dollars and did not get a postive thank you. I have been so disppointed with their management, she heard her workers are speaking ill of her customer but did not stop her, i sit there listening to them complaining about me yet i could't reply it. This was my first time here and I was hoping to find a new regular salon so I can have my self care days. My pedicure was just fine, I don't mind an upsell for the massage or callous remover here and there, but I just didn't have the time today. She was incredibly attentive with my cuticles and ingrowns, so I appreciate that very much. That's the only service I am giving stars to. For my nails, I wasn't asked what shape I wanted and when I asked for almond before he started filing, I was met with a sigh and tossing the nail file. My application was uneven, though it took almost 2 hours. There are air bubbles in my pink acrylic as well. My services took forever, I booked for 12:45 and finished at 3:10 for a regular pedicure and acrylic pink and white. The estimated times online are 35 minutes for a pedicure and 1 hour for full set, it was a Tuesday afternoon so the salon was not packed and busy as a weekend morning would be. I lost a majority of my day to waiting here and now do not have enough time to do all of my errands for the day. The prices are very competitive, but I would say the service received reflects that pricing. $25 for regular pedicure and $60 for pink and white acrylic. I think I would only return if I was desperate :(

There is plenty of parking, but there are many people who are unable to park between the lines. I always get Gel-X and have rarely had any issues. I've only slammed my hand onto a table and broken a nail once, but other than that, they last me months if I don't get them removed or redone. It's definitely recommended to call in/text to make an appointment first as they get very busy. I like to get a quote on the design I get while making my appointment. Ling did an absolute masterclass on my nails. He started measure gel x tips and I had to remind him we were doing acrylic. He should have said that he cannot do acrylic because, he cannot do acrylic. It was some of the worst acrylic application I have ever seen in my life. Sloppy, lazy, trash. I should have got up after seeing his acrylic application on my first hand. That's my fault. When he was done filing I asked if he could even out the nails because they were lumpy. He proceeded to make the shape even worse and still lumpy. I asked if I should wash my hands after filing (every shop I have ever gone to in my life has told me to) and he said no. I should have stopped him here too. It took him an hour and a half just to put the acrylic on. At this point I realized he was either talentless or purposely messy my nails up. So I skipped the nail art I asked for and asked just for plain gel polish on top. At the end I told the lady at the front that I hated my nails and showed her and she understood and told me I could come back and have someone else fix them.
