I have experienced both the healing sound bath series, and also a few hypnotherapy sessions with…read moreJenny. Her sound baths are out of this world amazing, so are her hypnotherapy sessions. In the sound baths when I have been, there often between 7-15 people, you lay down on a comfy mat, they also have pillows, blankets and eye masks, there is a sofa so if you have a hard time on a mat that seems always open. Jenny explains what will happen, and creates a nice safe container. She settles you down with a guided meditation. The crystal bowls, the gong, chimes, and Jenny's singing are the best I have experienced in this line of work. Many feel great healing, or gain insight in to something they needed answers for, or super deep relaxation. Once we all come back from our little journeys, we sit up, and if we choose share with the group what it was like for us ;-) then always some yummy harvested from the garden tea, and something to tasty like dark chocolate. I continue to go when I can on a Sunday night. Jenny is very experienced and talented and would recommend her to anyone.
