The head of the clinic, April L…read more Walter, refused to return multiple calls about the quality of care my daughter was getting at her clinic, despite the existence of signed releases so Dr. Walter could talk to my partner or me. My daughter kept having sessions canceled on her with excuses that didn't add up - and at one point, were even contradicted by office staff. Due to Dr. Walter and another counselor's treatment of her, which included gaslighting, false accusations, and lying, she kept getting worse, to the point that she started making attempts on her own life. My daughter, a young woman with autism and ADHD, had no previous history of self-harm. But due to The Center for Psychological Health's mismanagement of her care, she ended up being hospitalized for four months, which was especially traumatic for her special needs sister. My daughter's function has gone down so much since seeing Dr. Walter that she will probably never be able to live an independent life, which is all an autism parent wants for their kid. Please stay away from this clinic; I wish we had.

These people can't seem to get my wife's medication refilled on time. Every 3 months she has an…read moreappointment for medication refills, and just before that appointment, they stop the refills leaving her without medication for a month. I have told them a dozen times to please keep her medication filled between appointments, they swear up and down they will, and 3 months later they again don't give her refills and I have to call again and get the rude receptionist who couldn't care less. I get cussed out for trying to talk to the doctor and am told to leave a message that no one monitors and is useless. Don't go here, it's way more hassle than it's worth.
