While Pineville is not really Cajun country, I was expecting a local favorite not Genghis. But damn I need to open my mind some. This place was great. Here's how it works. You go down the raw line, pick your protein l, veggies and sauce and hand it to a guy who cooks it on a giant flattop grill. It was damn good and damn reasonable. Better than expected for sure. If you're in Pineville, I recommend you stop and check it out.
