They have pretty darn good weed. Arizona needs too fix how customers buy weed. Not letting customers look at the product first is lame. We should walk in and start looking at weed. I had it badly explained to me at several stops, including my referral office, and received used of my coupon in the improper way. In the multiple times I've been to this Dispensary there have been too many times my order was tampered with or the bill simply didn't reflect the price on the website. The policy, on recreational I guess (according to the Security guard that accosted me as I was leaving), you cannot open the package before leaving. However, the person I got it from only read the computer to explain what was in the pouch, never showing the product. Several times I have gotten home only to find the packages inside the pouch had been tampered with. Several times. Yes, I called and the Mgr said come back we'll replace it, great. Not the point. This is a regulated product & sold by weight. If you cannot prove the weight before purchasing, we must rely on the business' integrity. This one is in question. Further, the BOGOs. Pay attention. No where on that website does it show the discounted price marked only applies to one item at a time (???) but, if you get a Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) the price is NOT the discounted price but the original price. Buyer Beware! This dispensary is very shady they fill your supplies mislead the buyer short your order, then claim they review a video, but then don't allow the buyer/customer to view the video, then claim the order was correct! False I was shorted on my order! Buyer beware! This place is super shady make sure you check your order real good before they seal it & ask them to package it as well in front of you! they show it to you prior to the sale but them package & seal under the counter & then claim the video shows everything was placed in the bag correctly I believe the employees are pocketing some product or maybe the companies in on it & reselling it I will never patronize Trulieve ever again. make sure you physically see them package your order & I would avoid online orders as well! read more
