How does the bank who use the card and creates the app? Have no power to make either of those products work? Well, I cannot blame a specific branch because they support representative spoke to me through the app. I think this applies to all of them since the representative who is representing the bank tells me allegedly they checked with the back office and have no option at all to make the app or the debit card function. Despite me showing clear evidence of what is and is not applicable I was told many times poor excuses, and reflections for how it is not the banks forwarded and somehow it was Apple's fault that my card and the bank app was not working. Other excuses, including blaming my location, which is the same location I have had for multiple years and even if the location had a sporadic issue, I was on Internet connection so that excuse is invalid. Then I was told the bank has no fire department at all, which I know is a lie, but it represents further deflection behavior trying to make it not their problem when it very much is their problem. The Waynesboro brands is who I worked with when I opened my account and the employees within that brands are very polite and very helpful to the extent that they can be, but they can only go with the information that HigherUp gives them which sadly is lots of deflection and excuses and brushing off and not actually solving the issue. I cannot imagine how this approach is expected to be acceptable and how anyone can function and when their business under these conditions. Shame on you. Do better.
