They do not have the decency to treat others with a shred of respect. Save yourself the heartache, headache and find another insurance office, these are not the type of people you want handling something as important as protecting your valuables, there are caring, great agents in our town that will actually show you respect as a fellow human being and true understanding and care for your insurance needs. This office could use a lesson or two in common courtesy, manners and respect - they clearly are lacking in all three.

We immediately got a hold of Connie at Rogers Bookkeeping and spoke with her about the issue. She explained she would file an amended return for us and that we would not have to pay in. In January of 2022 we received another notice. Again, reached out to Connie who told us that she filed the amended return and that she would mail me a copy of which I NEVER RECEIVED. I filed my 2021 taxes and received a refund that was significantly less like $3500 less!!! Mind you this was taken straight out of my taxes of which I definitely needed! Contacted Connie no answer, left messages with the receptionist, ask for a return call, NOTHING NO RESPONSES!!!!! My ex attempted to contact her with no responses! Ive checked the IRS website which states that they have not received an amended return....its August...6months has passed!!!!! I had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB!!!

Overall I made some cold calls to attorneys and had a mixed bag. I want to yelp about this office who stood out with some solid advice and really helped me avoid a big mistake. The first attorney from another law firm I spoke with gave me what now seems like bad advice. I did due diligence and had to call 2 more to break the tie and make an informed decision. I called the Miner Martin and Hahn Firm. I cannot recall the name of the attorney I spoke with from the office. He was very very knowledgeable, clear, concise and informative and helped me make a wise decision. He spent time with me on the telephone without any fee. I think the attorney I spoke with at Miner Martin and Hahn represents their firm well by showing passion and knowledge about my issue. I think I want to get in trouble just to use these guys :). Ok maybe not. Thank you.

Great service and quite a deal…read more I have had a termite contract with Brown Exterminating for 20 years now. It was only $75/year back when we locked in at that transferable rate. They did the initial treatment on my (then new) home. They have proactively and voluntarily come out to do a thorough inspection every year except last. I have never had a problem, but they did find "one termite" near the house one year and actually treated the area as a precaution (no charge). Another time, they informed me of a deck post that had water damage that I was unaware of and repaired. I am sure their prices are a lot higher now, but I would surely inquire with them if I moved. Outstanding value, great service, and highly recommended.
