So definitely not an all the time thing for me. I went here on a Friday afternoon after a holiday and it was a little busy. But they got us moving through the line at a good pace. I also didn't feel rushed as I wanted to take the time to find my faves. I wish I got the cashiers name because she was so sweet. This is a really good Dubai chocolate. I had another one from a cafe in Beverly Hills and it was pricey, but the knafeh didn't have that crunch like it's supposed to. And this one did. The fudge was a little dry but still had good flavor. I didn't go in person, but my boyfriend said it was a cute candy store. I will be back, especially to repurchase the Dubai chocolate.

Customer Service definitely needs to improve. This location is selective with their customers. Went…read moreto try the new featured flavor the other day. I sat in my car and watched several customers of a certain type, walk in and quickly walked out with a sealed brown bag in hand. I walked in and requested the featured flavor and was told " that was only for the first 300 customers, that ended earlier today." I thanked the young girl behind the counter and walked out" Behind me were 2 other selective customers asking for the same thing. The young girl went to the back and returned with a sealed bag. I stayed around to only watch a few other selective customers walk in after me and quickly walk out with the same sealed bag. This is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely terrible experience with Edible Arrangements on Soledad Canyon…read more I paid about $70 per arrangement and what I got was completely not worth it--tiny strawberries, bland taste, and overall very poor quality. This is supposed to be a premium product, but it felt cheap and disappointing. What really made this experience unacceptable was the owner's response. Instead of trying to fix the issue, she said she "does nothing for unsatisfied customers" and brushed it off with "everyone's taste buds are different." That is honestly one of the most dismissive and ridiculous things you can say to a paying customer. It's not about "taste buds"--it's about quality and customer service. When multiple things are clearly below standard, the right response is to make it right, not to dismiss the customer. For the price they charge, the lack of accountability is shocking. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

We had something from their walk up fridge today (called ahead and asked them to set it aside) and they were extremely friendly and even offered us a discount for being first timers. The food itself is pretty good; surprisingly so for something microwaved. The Kung Pao shrimp is well spiced and the cauliflower rice in the dish was great (usually I hate cauliflower rice!). The texture was absolutely perfect. The Jann's Coconut chicken was even more delicious. Like most coconut dishes it is mildly sweet. My only complaint about it is they didn't seem to have cooked the basmati rice for long enough and the kernels were a bit tough. Overall the experience and flavors were great. I do think it is a bit on the pricier side for the portion sizes, (I can understand that they are probably just covering costs). What I really appreciate is that they list the macros for the meals (although there seems to be a few dishes where this is not listed). That makes it REALLY easy for someone who is looking to keep track of their carbs/protein.
