Instead, a group that ordered six drinks after I had already been waiting ended up getting served ahead of me. They pushed out around 10 drinks for other people while I stood there waiting well over 20 minutes for a single macchiato. To make matters worse, once my drink was finally made, it just sat on the counter for two minutes before anyone even bothered to hand it to me. Great bakery, but their mobile ordering prioritization and drink counter service are completely broken.
