I've been to quite a few Japanese bakeries and truly the loaf is top tiered and I believe their salt bread is the best I have ever tried. I highly recommend their cookie butter salt bread and also their red bean one too (if you like red bean). The dough is the perfect texture of crispy on the outside and yet chewy and soft on the inside when heated up. They have such a great assortment of different japanese baked goods, and everything else I've tried is also good. I also love their japaninis. Their shop is small but there is free parking. I feel like they've also blown up recently so expect a wait, especially if you're going on a weekend- but it is worth it!

From the outside it actually looked like it was closed. But I thought there were some lights on so I got out and went up to the door. Open the door to a basically empty place. However there were a couple of things on the counter. A nice young man came out and I asked where the menu was to order and he said that the only things they had left to sell were the few things on the counter and he said they had some banana puddings in the fridge in the corner. I looked at the few options and decided to try the peach cobbler and I grabbed a banana pudding. Both of which are in my top five favorite desserts of all time. The size of both was good. The cobbler was actually a nice shareable portion size. The place was bright, clean and there were a few tables if someone were to want to sit in. The young man told me he was the son of the owner. What a nice guy. Also said that they get close to selling out their stock every day. I am glad that Crumbl was closed. I am glad I drove across town. I am glad they only had a few options. I am glad that I opened the doors to this place. The cobbler was SO good. The banana pudding was SO good. I've read a few of the reviews that said otherwise and I just can't imagine why. The banana pudding was old school and perfect. One of the best I've ever had. The cobbler was so tasty that I realized. If Peach is in the name and they have something peach on the menu. These were actually the main reason we stopped by the store in the first place. We were extremely disappointed, especially because we had already driven home and are not able to easily return to the location. I've been trying to call the store since yesterday to see if I could get a refund for the missing items, but I have been unable to get through to anyone. I can't even reach a live representative to explain the situation. Mistakes happen, but what makes this experience even more frustrating is not being able to reach anyone to resolve the issue. We paid for items we never received, and unfortunately, the two desserts my husband was looking forward to the most were the ones missing. I really hope someone from 85°C can reach out and help resolve this by issuing a refund for the missing items. We've enjoyed 85°C before, but this experience was definitely disappointing.
