We selected 2 phones confirming the sticker price listed in their store for each phone. When the sales rep went to ring up the order, each phone was well over $60 over the sticker price listed in their showroom. I had the rep call the Manager, Akeem, who said they would not honor the sticker price listed on their showroom floor emphasizing that if wanted the phones we had to pay the increased price. Needless to say we did not purchase the phones and will be filing a formal bait and switch complaint with Corporate and other regulatory agencies.

They sent me to collections for not paying the bill they told me not to pay. They admitted it was their error. They promised they would stop. Then they billed again. This is not a billing glitch. This is a company that takes your equipment, records itself telling you not to pay, ignores its own recordings, and still damages your credit. They will keep both and then act surprised when you have proof they told you not to pay.
