We selected 2 phones confirming the sticker price listed in their store for each phone. When the sales rep went to ring up the order, each phone was well over $60 over the sticker price listed in their showroom. I had the rep call the Manager, Akeem, who said they would not honor the sticker price listed on their showroom floor emphasizing that if wanted the phones we had to pay the increased price. Needless to say we did not purchase the phones and will be filing a formal bait and switch complaint with Corporate and other regulatory agencies.

Landline phone still works, so there's that. Tried calling their service number to see if I could find out what's going on. Stupid message "Sorry, an error occurred" followed by the connection dropping is all you get. Crap service and crap technical support. Customer service was great when I installed a few years ago and even now when I called in with questions regarding my bill. The service agent seemed incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was asking. I wish I had gotten his name but I am grateful to have had him.
