They have best-in-class Native American jewelry, all varieties of turquoise, gold silver diamond jewelry, pottery, collectible art, etc. We had a jewelry repair issue this time around, and the shop's jeweler explained a simple solution. (I know, because that was the same year we bought a car, that we still drive today!) Other than changing batteries, the watch is as good as when I first got it. To be honest with you, I think it was tarnished when I bought it, but I polished it up when I got home. I know this for a fact, because the logo had a bit of patina around it, I thought it was used, but it was new! I found it in my drawer of watches, polished it with sterling silver polishing cloth, and wearing it during Lent season.

I was skeptical of the process of one jeweler making settings for stones that it did not have physically in its protection. I asked the jeweler at Santa Fe Goldworks if he could do it and he told me yes. He made copies of the CAD designs of the proposed settings and photos of opal pendant sales that would be used. He said he would provide $$ estimates for the mountings that afternoon. Based upon that representation, I told the Los Angeles jeweler to go ahead. Two days later I received an email from an assistant saying that the owner decided that they would not do it. That has put me in a terrible financial bind. DON'T TRUST THIS JEWELER.
