Coming into Sedona for a destination wedding was filled with uncertainty, as we had never been here…read morebefore and didn't know anyone in the area. I originally called my local Men's Wearhouse, but it meant that I would have to pick up my suit in Phoenix, which was not practical. Instead I did a google search for a men's clothing retailer in Sedona and found Richard David for Men. I called and spoke to Jeffrey, the owner, who was very personable. We were able to work out a deal over the phone and through an catalog that he expedited through the mail. I had my measurements taken locally and reported them over the phone to Jeffrey. He was confident that I would be satisfied with my suit rental. Upon entering his shop, I was greeted by Jeffrey and shown the suit, which fit me nearly perfectly. Only one small alteration had to be made, which his girlfriend Laura was able to complete quickly. The suit was stunning and comfortable and Jeffrey and Laura assured me that they were there for me if I needed anything. Their customer service was top notch and went above and beyond anything I expected. Their level of service, professionalism, and product quality was worth far more than the $170 I spent on my suit. Jeffrey offered me what I felt was a bargain and with impeccable service. Jeffrey and Laura are business owners who truly treat their clients like real people. By the end of our stay in Sedona, I felt like we had made two friends in Jeffrey and Laura and I know that when my wife and I return to Sedona, we will pay them a visit. If you are getting married in Sedona and need a suit, shoes, or anything else clothing-related, stop by Richard David for Men. More businesses should operate this way. Well done!

I came to Altai hoping to find a new high-quality leather belt. They have a whole selection of…read morehand-tooled leather belts in many colors, which they then custom cut in-store to your size and add a buckle of your choice. The gentleman who helped us was very courteous and engaged but also gave us plenty of time and space to choose the belt strap we wanted. He also gave very complete advice, alerting us to the discounted belt section and to potential quality issues with one of the buckles on display. It was a really pleasant shopping experience and not a hard-sell. The custom straps with buckle and sizing were about $60 for thinner belts to $90 for thick belts. When he realized I found leatherwork interesting, he was also happy to chat at length about the process and what he was working on. It was overall a very cool experience! I spent more than I would usually spend on a belt (department store belts sometimes seem like they aren't very quality leather even at higher price points), but it feels totally worth it to have one that I know is quality, thick leather and is an art piece of its own. He even made a matching hair clip for me from the off cut from the belt strap!
