Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

UPDATED 8/13/26: We have a water dispenser in the building I am renting in. I asked for it to be refilled and was told that the next delivery comes in September. The only other place to get water in the office is from the bathroom sink, which has a short faucet. I asked for some consideration on this point and was told I need to bring my own water in.
