Moving to Serendipity Labs was the best decision we made in 2019. We were able to bring our team together from various offices around the city. Having a team member down the hall instead of a car ride away makes a big difference. The Serendipity staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It's funny the other day I referred to them as Team Members because that's how the make you feel. The other companies are friendly which makes conversations about sports or what's your weekend plans a nice add. Meeting around the community table for breakfast our lunch gives you a nice break in the day. Not to mention the wine and cheese events. Growing a company you are always concerned about overhead, that's why having an office facility that can grow with you makes a big difference. We recently held an event in the large meeting space at Serendipity Labs Cumberland and I could not have asked for a better experience. The space is open and clean and parking is convenient and free. Angie and her team are fantastic to work with - so accommodating and helpful. My job as the planner was made so much easier as I was able to rely on Angie to handle all the details during the event so that my team were able to interact with our attendees and not give a second thought to the logistics. This space is now absolutely top of my list for off site meeting space now, for both larger groups or just to get a smaller team out of the office to work without distraction for a day. read more

There are a handful of coworking spaces in the area (and across town), but this is the best. The staff here is amazing! They genuinely care about and take the time to create (and ensure) a great member experience. They are friendly and go out of their way to keep the space clean, comfortable, and fun. The amenities are above and beyond those available elsewhere - modern, spacious environment, desk/office space and meeting room options, printing, kitchen, market items, coffee, parking, gym/shower, etc. HIGHLY recommend Serendipity Labs to anyone looking for good drop space or a virtual office. read more

Our office moved from another co-working space to Serendipity Labs Cumberland a couple of months ago. I'll be honest, this was one of the best decisions we could have made!
