They are worth the reasonable monthly fee and have provided top notch customer service. Whenever I have a special request or weird question, they respond quickly and help me to find a solution. I was not required to sign a long-term agreement and have the flexibility I need to manage my business from home, but with an office presence. I strongly recommend True Space for a new business, small business, or growing business.

Instead of helping resolve a technical name-transition issue in good faith, additional charges, threats of suspension, deadlines, and excessive and ridiculous policy enforcement followed. Very poor management and customer service. Beware!

I highly recommend Rainwater for HVAC service & installation. You won't find a more honest,…read moredependable and trustworthy company. We had another company look at our units, due to some air quality issues, who wanted to charge us THOUSANDS of dollars for all kinds of work. We remembered that we had used Rainwater to install the unit in our basement, so we called them for a second opinion. After a thorough inspection and a couple of small changes, our issues were fixed for less than $100. A lot of companies will try to sell you things and convince you that it's your only option, listen to your gut and get a second opinion if that's the case. We couldn't be happier with Rainwater and they have earned our business anytime we need their service going forward and we will always recommend them!

When they were leaving, a guy was telling me about my "new" thermostat. I said I liked the one I had. Anyway, I have macular degeneration and the numbers on the new one are so small that I can't read them. I also have bad tremors which makes it hard for me to work the tiny knobs. Once I thought I put it on heat but it was emergency heat and my power bill was over twice what it usually was. At first, they refused to replace it. I kept calling and finally was told if I would buy another one that they would put it in without a charge. The new one isn't consistent in keeping the temperature, either. I think all of the good reviews are from relatives/friends. I'm in my 80's and this has been horrible to put up with.
