The location on the Marietta Square is fantastic -- an easy walk to the courthouse, shops, and restaurants, and there's plenty of parking in the assigned lot, which isn't always a given at the square. The staff at the front desk have been friendly and quick to help whenever I've needed something. Would recommend if you're looking for office space in the Marietta area. UPDATED 8/13/26: We have a water dispenser in the building I am renting in. I asked for it to be refilled and was told that the next delivery comes in September. The only other place to get water in the office is from the bathroom sink, which has a short faucet. I asked for some consideration on this point and was told I need to bring my own water in. As a result of this experience, I have changed my rating to a single star.

I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
