The property manager Kyla has slept with the barbers in the building and then gets upset when us women speak or be friends with the guys she has slept with. She will attempt to kick you out or do things to push your button to get you to move out. If you ask me, this was the worse establishment I have ever done business with. WARNING: THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS TENANTS!! If he doesn't like the way you talk to him, he will kick you out. If he doesn't like the way you conduct your business, he will kick you out. He gets you to pay your money to move in and then anything you address to him, he will threaten for you to be kicked out. Please read your lease before you consider to pay anything to move into this hell hole! I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
