I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

I've not worked at any of these places where the staff was so carefully selected and trained to reduce the "friction" of work. The people at Serendipity are fantastic and they make everything easy. I've not visited all of the facilities in their network but if any of them feature the same level of design and layout that this one does (Alpharetta, GA) then you will find yourself in a great work environment that has comfortable workspaces, both public and private as well as an overall "look and feel" that somehow keeps productivity and creativity flowing - at least for me.
