I've not worked at any of these places where the staff was so carefully selected and trained to reduce the "friction" of work. The people at Serendipity are fantastic and they make everything easy. Next of course is the facility. I've not visited all of the facilities in their network but if any of them feature the same level of design and layout that this one does (Alpharetta, GA) then you will find yourself in a great work environment that has comfortable workspaces, both public and private as well as an overall "look and feel" that somehow keeps productivity and creativity flowing - at least for me. I can't recommend Serendipity Labs highly enough.

If you decide to engage, read the fine print carefully and be very cautious about contractual obligations.

Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited.
