The maintenance person told me "tomorrow morning" the exterminator would be there- which is fine. I called Monday morning to figure out what time my appointment was going to be and the rude girl on the phone told me "oh I don't know what time, it's been handed over to a third party and I can't give you any information." Seriously?! You can't even give me an estimate about what DAY the person will be coming here to kill these poisonous, baby copperhead snakes?! I asked if I could have the company's name- so I could call and verify myself what time and date my appointment would be. Long story short- the girl on the phone was rude, unhelpful, couldn't answer a single question without putting me on hold and doesn't seem qualified to have the job she has. However- Gus is great. The process of peeling it off and cleaning was a real pain and also all of the money that we had to spend for cleaning supplies and mask was just way too much. Just imagine having boxes sitting around your home for two months because you're having to clean after work for four hours every single day just a try to make a Home livable. Also, follow the people around when they do their house inspection in the beginning, middle and the end of your stay. They said the garbage disposal worked and about three or four months and I finally found the switch underneath the sink and tested it out, not a single movement or sound was made. They then go and check it later on and claimed that I broke it and charged me $65. I didn't pay it and then they hit me with $175 late fee. These people are terrible and I would never recommend anyone having to go through this painful experience that they've created.

I was told at the final walkthrough with leasing agent Latasha (which I fully recorded) that I would get my deposit back and apartment was in good condition. When I went back weeks later I was told again that it was lost in the mail. Then, was told I never was never supposed to get one and was sent a scam of a receipt- it was not itemized and did not include any actual costs or vendors, and it conveniently added up to the exact amount of my deposit. I also reached out after I was asked to in my previous review and never got a response at all. What they are doing is illegal according to TN law.

Only after that did they agree to replace the dishwasher -- but even then, I was told a day, not a specific time, making it impossible to properly arrange time off to be present. On top of that, my door lock was damaged from the beginning. It's completely broken now and I can't even turn the lock -- a major safety concern. I've reported this issue multiple times and it's been over a month with no resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect safe living conditions and timely repairs.
