The house we moved into was absolutely disgusting and it took over two months to get everything cleaned to where we felt comfortable. All of the shelves in the kitchen had laminate on them and beneath the laminate was a layer of grime. The process of peeling it off and cleaning was a real pain and also all of the money that we had to spend for cleaning supplies and mask was just way too much. Just imagine having boxes sitting around your home for two months because you're having to clean after work for four hours every single day just a try to make a Home livable. Also, follow the people around when they do their house inspection in the beginning, middle and the end of your stay. They said the garbage disposal worked and about three or four months and I finally found the switch underneath the sink and tested it out, not a single movement or sound was made. They then go and check it later on and claimed that I broke it and charged me $65. I didn't pay it and then they hit me with $175 late fee. I can count on one hand how many times it took me time to make a bad review, but this company deserves a bad review and a legal complaint. Having to deal with these people triggers all the worst feelings you can have plus the feeling of injustice and being robbed. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional, incompetent, and petulant group. First of all, I only realized that I was going through a nightmare after I moved into the house where I already had signed contract. From the first to the last day that I lived on one of their property, every single month I had problems in the house and with maintenance requests (I'm not even talking about the maintenance crew because is not their fault), but the staff couldn't care less about their customers that are paying for it! About maintenance: Be aware that you have to beg and feel miserable for asking for months to get something fixed, if you are lucky enough, of course. They didn't fix basic things in the house even worse for leaking, mold, and structural problems. They are tearing up the properties and if you are a property owner and have business with this company, please, be aware they do not take care of the properties. They leave properties unmaintained for months and your property will depreciate in value and they will blame the tenants not their poorly/lack of service. Security deposit: Last and most important they also will find a way to keep your security deposit. After the end of my lease, we did the walk-through, everything was perfect in the house and I had all the pictures/videos of before and after I returned the house to keep everything on legal proceeds in case they requested it. Since they couldn't claim misuse of the house, they came up with "charges" and took more than half of my security deposit, "creating late fees" that were never on their payment system. If you have a late fee you will be notified, and they will call you insistently, also on your next payment it is supposed to be shown in your next bill, but it NEVER happened as I have prints of it. Of course, they have your money and they will do whatever they want, charge what is convenient for them. They know that people don't have the time or energy to go through a legal process and also the state of TN has one of the worst tenant laws in the country, so they just keep doing it. If I could give no stars, I would. Very unprofessional, and the house was absolutely disgusting when we moved in. The bathrooms are nasty and desperately need to be renovated along with the rest of the house. You could tell no one came to clean or look at the house after the last people left. If you're like me (or any of the 30 people here) you'll read all of these reviews and think "it can't be that bad. I want to live in midtown and this looks like a cute house across the street from a cute coffee shop." You'll rent from Revid any way, so the following is a step-by-step guide on what to do once you've come here realizing you made a huge mistake. First and foremost I'd like to say, IF YOU'RE AN OWNER, continue your search for a property management company because this is not the one for you...they will let your house go to hell with unanswered maintenance needs while you never hear a thing (or you will, on your mile high bill of trip charges and up-priced materials). Our ceiling was leaking during storms and a tech came out 3 weeks later and said "they couldn't find anything." Now you're stuck with a $50 trip charge and a ruined attic. Congratulations on wasting the thousands of dollars it will cost to fix your mold/water leak problem in 3 years. There are many other property management companies in the city. If you can't self manage, do your due diligence and keep looking. These unhappy tenants mean one thing for you, TURNOVER - which as you know means UPWARDS OF A THOUSAND DOLLARS EVER YEAR. IF YOU'RE A RENTER, Here are a few tips I've learned along the way: 1) make sure you tell them three weeks before your dryer breaks that you're going to need it. It will take at least this long for them to come out the first time, and an additional week to two weeks to come out the second and third times to actually get it fixed. They're not going to answer the phone when you call and when they finally come out to fix your oven, it will be one week after thanksgiving (but you already knew that, you read these reviews before you decided to give them your deposit). 2) when you decide after the first year that you're not going to renew, DO NOT DO THE RESPONSIBLE THING AND TELL THEM MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, or else they will start marketing your property the day after you tell them (wow you guys CAN read emails after all) and will have a showing scheduled every day until they get it rented (THREE MONTHS BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT). 3) when you attend the move out walk through, don't sign anything. They'll keep 4/5 of your deposit regardless of what they tell you or how well you maintained the property, and will then laugh in your face when you raise a concern. Slum lords! My building was falling apart. The basement filled with water, and eventually filled with snakes in the spring, my roof leaked and there was black mold in my bathroom. Never would they send someone to fix the problem. I called about once a week. Jessica Dunn is incompetent. She is in charge of billing but cannot keep accurate records. I was charged $600 upon move out because of a "cleaning fee" and a small hole in the wall to be patched. The $300 deposit was kept and I was billed for the remaining $300. In Jan / Feb 2017 I paid my dues. Now, one year later, the incompetent thief Jessica Dunn is trying to claim that I didn't pay. I have receipts documenting that I paid. Revid is a horrible company to rent from - expect rats, snakes, black mold, and deficient management. Thank you for wasting my time Revid. We have constant problems with this apartment. It doesn't matter how prompt the maintenance crew is when I have to call them EVERY WEEK. I am accustomed to coming home to power outages, black mold, heat not working, hot water not working, water pouring in through the ceiling, etc. Renting with Revid has NOT been a stress-free experience, quite the opposite. I have not leased from them yet. I saw their property for one unit available. I completed the form to view the property with a response that if someone did not contact me to call a certain number. Yes, the young lady who answered was very rude. I applied for the unit. I am writing to inform others that they refused to show the property before I was approved. Now, if approved and I don't like the unit, they have $40 and said they have other properties and I have a year to choose one of theirs. I know there has to be something illegal about taking application money for one property that once you see it could not be fit to live in. I have rented from many apartment and home management companies in the area, including MRG and Meridian. I am consistently surprised at how poorly Revid is reviewed on here so I thought I'd put my 2c in. My duplex is a cozy 1st floor and throughout the 2+ years I've stayed there, we had a variety of small issues that Revid always came to fix as soon as possible. Winter 2017-2018 was particularly cold and our pipes kept bursting, but Revid would send people after hours no matter what. During the summers, when our central AC would go, they had people there to fix it within 1-2 days. They were even kind enough to fix things that contractually they did not have to fix (exclusions in our lease) basically because I asked them to - never cited the lease exclusions or anything, just sent someone over. I cannot speak more highly of the maintenance staff, who consistently dealt with our issues like professionals, and never once complained about my dog (who barks a lot when strangers come in her house). Regarding the leasing office: Very nice people, inconvenient hours but the after hours emergency line means generally speaking, if you need to talk to them you will get a hold of them. Nothing to note is a good thing to note - I never had any disagreements with them and they never treated me unfairly or mismanaged my place. When it came time to renew, they did not raise my rent. We lived in a Revid managed home for 2 months- approx 59 days to be exact. On our move in day last year at end of January - we moved in to find we had no heat. We called the office and maintenance line. They 'do not consider no air nor no heat an emergency.' They brought us literally a TINY space heater for the whole home (around 2000 square feet). The heater did nothing. Heat was not fixed for 2 days... We then had black mold in and around our kitchen and bathroom (will post pics on all things if need be)....we also had a GAPING hole filled with plumbing pipes, etc in the only bathroom in home...NEVER TO BE FIXED. We had rodents of all shapes and sizes in the home. We had to pay to have them removed, etc. Come to find out there was a major fire (??) in the home and the gas/smoke fumes that were apparently never cleaned were still lingering. The foundation was cracking throughout home. Most, if not all, windows were sealed/painted shut (fire code violation). No dryer vent that worked - we had to put vent outside a window. Floors were 'bucking up' in numerous parts of home. Kitchen was FILTHY and disgusting. Full AC unit and electrical fixtures had to be fully replaced after numerous complaints. This was literally the worst living experience we have ever had. Now -- after the plethora of maintenance and health code violations we moved out after 2 months. They listed home again RIGHT after we moved out... not fixing any problems mind you..and could not get it rented for approx 30 days..then home was listed for sale...sold WAY below asking price. Update 2: Ah, Revid strikes again. It's unsettling that I have to keep updating my Yelp review based on the horrible experiences I have had with them over the last 13 months. This is my most recent adventure with them. Back in mid-May, I went into the office to talk about a month-to-month lease at my apartment. My lease was up at the end of May, but I was still in the home-buying process and wasn't completely ready to move yet. I wanted to stay only one more month. I talked to a lady at a desk to the left behind the counter. I explained to her my situation, and she said all I had to do to stay only one more month was to sign a month-to-month contract and I would be set. I did this and went on my merry way. As it is now the end of June, I booked the final walk through of my apartment for next week. After I did this, I get a phone call from Revid. They said that since I did not give them a 30 day notice of me moving out, I had to either 1.) stay another month and pay 20 percent more for my rent in July or 2.) leave now and forfeit my security deposit. I explained that I had this situation taken care of last month. I already talked to someone in the office, and they had me sign all the needed paperwork. Our (approximate) conversation from there: Girl: I am sorry, but I do not have your 30 day notice signature. All I have is your month-to-month contract. Me: When I was in the office in May, the girl I spoke to said all I needed was the month-to-month contract. I explained to her my situation, and she said as long as I fill that out, I can move out at the end of June. Girl: I am sorry, but we require your signature on both the 30 day notice and the month-to-month contract. Me: But I was not told about the 30 day notice. How was I supposed to sign it if I didn't know about it? If I would have been told about it, I would have signed it right then. Girl: I am sorry, but we have to have both signatures. We don't want you to lose out on your security deposit. All I need you to do is sign another month's lease and we'll be good to go. Me: So for the month of July, you want me to pay both mortgage on my house and rent with you guys? Girl: So you already have another place lined up to live? (Side note: Why would I have scheduled my walk through otherwise? She had already admitted to knowing about it.) Me: Yes. Girl: Well, I am sorry. I don't know who you spoke with but we have to have both the 30 day notice and the month-to-month lease. Me: It was the girl to the left of the desk at your office, if you are standing behind the counter and facing the office. She has brown hair is in her mid-to-late twenties. That day she had her hair in a ponytail. Girl: Oh. I am sorry, but we have to have both the 30 day notice and the month-to-month lease. Me: So you are going to charge me extra money out of my own pocket for a mistake that you all made? Girl: I am sorry. We don't want you to lose your security deposit, but we have to have both the 30 day notice and the month-to-month lease. Me: Can I speak with your manager? Girl: Sure. (puts me on hold for a few minutes) ...I just spoke with my manager. She said all we need you to do is come sign a 30 day notice and month to month lease, and we can get you out by the end of July. Me: So I can't speak with your manager? Girl: She is actually on a call right now. (Side note: If she was actually on a call, how did she explain all of this to the girl speaking with me? Or if she did, why didn't she just put her call on hold to tell me directly?) Me: That's okay. I'll wait. Girl: I don't know how long it will be. All we need you to do is come sign a 30 day notice and month to month lease, and we can get you out by the end of July. Me: I would like to leave a message for her please. Girl: Sure. (Takes my name and phone number.) Who wants to take a vote on how long before I get a call back? Also, is it just me, or does it seem like Revid makes their employees read from a script? I continue to be disappointed in Revid Realty. Because of them, I might have another $1000 out of my pocket, for no good reason, at the same time I am paying money to close on a house. I really hate that this company "manages" so many homes in Midtown. They are letting them go to ruin. They "manage" an apartment building in my neighborhood and it's the worst property in the area. The yard is a mess. The building is in need of maintenance. I hate to think what the interior looks like. The only saving grace is that most of the tenant's that I have known that lived there seemed nice. But that's only because this is a nice neighborhood and they probably charge way too much rent for the building. read more

Worst experiences. It was years ago, but a broken AC for weeks combined with a leaky roof and subsequent collapsed ceiling meant black mold. Later, in a different place (that I liked a lot, despite the gaping hole in the shower that wouldn't get fixed), they didn't bill us for utilities (though we guessed and sent some every month) and then evicted us for it with less than 30 days notice. Later found out the owner wanted to sell and they just needed a way around the 30 day notice required. Rude, careless, and heartless. Never rent from Revid. The maintenance people are great, and many of the properties are nice - some are pretty typical midtown apartments, some are...not great...but they're pretty easy to tell apart. The leasing agent, however, lied to me about the price of my apartment until after I had applied. She also failed to meet with me for our first 3 appointments. Currently outside my old apartment the "For Rent" sign says W/D included...which is not true. At all. When I went to move, I had to wait months to get my deposit back, and they tried to charge me for damage to the upstairs hallway (I lived downstairs). When I informed them that the damage was probably done by the tenants they allowed to move in above me who had SIX pitbulls, including weeks-old puppies, they seemed shocked, despite my numerous complaints about the noise, pee dripping down the stairs, and fleas. Just overall dishonest and lazy. Not an awful experience overall, but not one I want to repeat. read more

"You've shown all of 12 places that there is, for some reason, glass and one place where it looks like it should be swept up. This is not work that Revid is going to come do. Have you thought about picking these pieces of glass up and throwing them away?" This is an actual email that I got in response to my concern about glass shards that can be found all over our backyard that has cut our dog's foot open multiple times. The glass was there since move in, and they showed no effort to clean it. I contacted respectfully MULTIPLE times over the course of months. I only sent few pictures because I was not going to spend my evening walking our yard taking pictures of ALL the glass shards left by whoever did construction and knocked down a mother-in-law house before we moved in. I am paying a HIGH pet fee for my dog to stay with me, and I should not have to worry about needing stitches just from her going outside to potty. This is ridiculous service. I currently live in a Revid property, and would not recommend them to anyone, ever. Not even someone I really, really hated. When my fiancé toured the property, there was a dead squirrel that had gotten into the attic through a former tenant's dish satellite hole and died at the top of the stairs. They promised to clean this up and have the hole patched, and we believed them, so we went ahead and rented the property. Everything else had been great about the property, dead squirrel aside. They had cleaned insufficiently by the time we took possession, and had not patched the outside hole causing the problem. The dead squirrel was gone, but drywall from the inside patch and feces covered the carpet at the top of the stairs. They had someone come and steam clean the entire house within a couple of days, but it took a massive amount of prodding. The outside hole wasn't patched for another three months (and then it was done poorly), and the property owner and the property manager in their office weren't even aware it was there. Our dining room also flooded from a foundation issue for the first two weeks, and it took a couple of months to get the carpet cleaned again (never replaced) because of mold, even after I told them I was horribly allergic and couldn't stay downstairs. A rat in the attic from the aforementioned hole? Two weeks to get an exterminator out. A flue cleaning request for the winter in case of power outage? Completely ignored. A non-functional washer and dryer on move in? Six weeks to acknowledging a problem, eight to replacement. Today, we are on our fifth day without a draining shower, on the third day of "someone will come today," and on the first day of "someone tried to come at 10 and 11 this morning, called both of your phones" (he did not, I've had it on me and on all day) "and we don't have a key to your house." They've lost the key since two weeks ago, and no one told us. TL;DR: Revid is a grossly irresponsible business, and my choice to rent from them is my most-regretted decision. read more

As a former property owner who entrusted a half dozen properties to Revid Reality and Property Management (RRPM), both as a rental management company and ultimately as the listing real-estate agent over near a decade when I decided to sell those properties, I would highly recommend being very careful. RRPM is quick to promise but a bit long in assuming responsibility. Three years after entrusting RPM with the sale of a property, I was hit with a rather devastating credit report which cost me a $500K plus deal, all because RRPM failed to pay, or even notify me of, a $182.43 utility bill which they had put under my name during the time which they were managing a property for sale. I did authorize them to initiate a utilities account under my name with Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW), but with the understanding that the cost of which was included in the $10,000 plus bid for the job of prepping the property and listing it for sale. Didn't happen that way. RPM was sent three notices over the seceding months after the property sold. These were ignored by RPM and ultimately the bill was sent to collections. RPM obviously ignored that as well, and mysteriously after three years, in October of 2021, the delinquency and collection action showed up on my personal credit report just as I'm trying to close a $535,000 refinance with a cash-out opportunity. My credit score had been 800+, but because of this delinquency and collections action, it dropped to 701, essentially killing the opportunity. Going forward, I get the privilege of this bad credit rating dogging me for the next 6 years. Revid's response when I contacted them about this issue? Well, it seems it was my responsibility, not theirs, to pay for the utilities during the time they were doing repairs on the property and as the listing agent until it sold. I can accept that. I paid them well over $10,000 to cover those costs. If that was not their intent to ensure all the loose ends were covered after closing on the sale, then why was I not notified of the outstanding bill? They initiated the account under my name but with their address and contact information as to where the bill was to be sent. I've been in contact with MLGW over the past couple months and have after numerous interactions concluded that Revid Property Management was indeed sent the final bill on multiple occasions. They didn't cover it under the preparation fees nor the selling commission they received amounting to well over $10,000 USD and basically left myself and my family holding the bag for their incompetence. I've paid the MLGW bill, but the damage done to me personally is also done. My family and I have lost out on a great opportunity. I highly recommend anyone considering Revid Reality and Property Management to be very careful. In my opinion, they are not a trusted agent. read more

Honestly from reviews I was very timid but they offered a price that was affordable at the time. Their management has been very helpful and quick in response to any maintenance issues I had. They always seemed to get back in a timely matter and with the solution. So it is quite surprising from what all the reviews have said about them. There are a few within the company who have been hard to deal with. For example, when I initially viewed a place, the agent present did not exactly disclose any additional information about the property or surrounding area and seemed very disengaged. I had to pry everything out of her. But even then there were some issues that arose from the place that I did not know were present at the time that I later discovered just by living there. The property was fine, not great (but what in Memphis is without paying a fortune?) but satisfactory. Overall, I was quite satisfied with Revid despite their reputation. I would definitely rent again now that I know what the actual expectation is but unfortunately, the properties currently listed were not what we are looking for. 6.5/10 read more

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH BY FAR!!!! I was trying to buy a property that they were representing. This is the time line Dec 25th-call to make an appointment and they say I cant view it until after the new years so my realtor makes the earliest appointment available for 1/5/14 at noon. Jan 5th- appointment is set for 12 AM, receive confirmation of appointment at 9 am. They call at 11:30 to cancel the appointment because they say the renters living there now are sick. schedule another appointment for 9:30 Tuesday morning. Jan 6th- get there at 9:30 and they text my realtor saying wait until 10 for the renters to leave. 10:45 rolls around and still no one shows up. we call and after 15 minutes of trying to get the guy we get his assistant. she tells us we never had an appointment which is a lie because the renters even knew. They try to schedule a meeting for later in the week which wasn't ok with me. so after going back and forth for 10-15 minutes they say "sorry the property sold Monday, bye. (hang up)" Jan 6th afternoon- so im pissed by now. I call the company acting like someone else and they say the property has not been sold. I schedule an appointment for Wednesday at 4:30 pm. Jan 7th- I call at 11 to confirm my appointment and they say I wasn't on the list, that I was scheduled for Thursday. I tell them no, I am coming today at 4:30 and they so ok we will be there 100%. Jan 7th- They call me back at 2 and say sorry the property sold this morning...... So I couldn't view it for 2-3 weeks... property sold, then it didn't, then it didn't... On the 25th (thursday) our Air conditioning went out in the whole house. After placing a work order we received no response. On the 27th I called the emergency hotline as it was over 90 degrees in the home. I was told I would have to wait as it didn't fit the company protocol to send someone out on weekends. I repeatedly told them I had a disabled person in my home, as well as my pet dogs that simply were being put at risk due to their negligence. I was told (by someone who refused to give me their name) that there was nothing they could do until Monday, 5 days of zero AC in over 90 degree weather. Ive had to get a hotel for my disabled mother and still have not heard any update on a fix. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT VALUE YOU OR YOUR LIFE. read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Yesterday, I was told to have the key to Revid by 4 o'clock. I get there at 3:30 to return my keys. There was a crowd of people standing outside who were all also wanting to return their keys as well. The door was locked so a woman who was fed up with waiting starts knocking on it. A man comes to the door with the worst attitude ever. He starts getting mad that the woman had knocked on the door to return her key. He starts shouting that they are closed which is clearly not the case and the email said they would be open until 4. Then he proceeds to tell the woman that she can go last on returning her key since she knocked on the door. He was a complete jerk to literally every single person who was returning a key. Horrible rental properties and even worse staff. What a miserable man. If I were the owner, I would not want someone like this representing my business. I feel bad for him honestly. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! For a whole year our house had a cockroach problem that Revid would do nothing about and half of the appliances were broken. The cherry on top was the miserable man that I returned my keys too. Thanks Revid for making me realize I never want to rent from you again! read more

NOTE: As of recently, Revid has been receiving dazzling 4-5 star reviews, but if you look at other reviews made 2 months or longer then you really find out who this company is and what type of people work for them. I also saw that several people were stating that tenants were receiving $50 rewards for good reviews. Whether this is true or not, I can't tell you. But its funny that the reviews are all positive these past two months when I know for a fact that plenty of tenants are still very unhappy. Over the winter my heater wasn't properly heating my studio apartment and I requested maintenance. This was during the weeks when weather here was approximately 20-30 degrees and usually on the colder end of the spectrum. They eventually came to my apartment to look things over after many attempts on my part to get someone out there. They said nothing was wrong and gave me a space heater. The space heater really helped, until one of the maintenance guys took it away out of my apartment while I was out of town. Mind you I have two cats that depended on the heater to keep them warm while I wasn't there. Needless to say I was furious because they had shown several times by this point that they truly didn't care if my cats or I froze to death. At this point I was running my wall heater and space heater on full blast 24/7 just to maintain an approximate temperature of 60 degrees within the apartment. One day during this freezing weather I noticed my blinds were moving back and forth on several of my windows because of wind from outside coming through my windows. Well guess what folks, Revid Realty once again overlooked a request I had put in back in October to fix my windows that would not properly close or lock all of the way. I put in another request to have them fix my windows, which took someone two weeks to get out to do. They never tried to hurry any of this along, especially in freezing temperatures. They finally fixed the windows and really made no apologies or felt any remorse for my situation. The following week I went into the office to speak with Jessica about receiving help with my MLGW because for my studio apartment I was charged roughly $200 for the heating cost. Jessica wasn't very happy that I asked, but told me to email copies of my bills and the reason why I was asking for a reimbursement. Jessica NEVER contacted me again after that initial meeting. I had to call her a total of 4 times after that day before I could even get ahold of her. She let me know that the owners were refusing the give me any form of reimbursement even though I had put in multiple requests and no one ever fixed my windows resulting in the coldness of my apartment. I was furious and truly heartbroken that a realty company treats their tenants like this. I promise, if you rent from them it won't be fun and it won't be easy. Oh and another thing, when Gus showed me the apartment that I ended up renting, he explained that there would be a washer and dryer available for all the tenants in the building. He made no attempt to let me know that these machines would be COIN OPERATED and that they would be charging $1.50 per load. Now if that isn't bad enough, my MLGW bill included laundry and water heating cost that I also have to pay for. All Revid cares about is money. They don't treat anyone with respect and they truly don't care about how your housing is. Funny enough, in the house I live in there are squirrels in the attic and walls. Even after several requests to fix this issue, they have yet to complete the request. I will not be renewing my lease agreement in the fall. read more

Can't get a definitive answer on when I'm always being lead around and lied to. DO NOT RENT from REVID. Worst service ever they do not care about tenants. read more

STAY away from them! The worst! They advertised condo for rent for $1725 per month. I called the next day and three people said it was a mistake and the rent has increased to $2150!! They were very rude! Lady hung up phone on me! All they want is your money! Stay clear of any property with their name on it! Owners beware too. They are horrible! read more

They won't show me rentals on Saturday unless I submit a $40 application. Why would I submit an application without viewing the rentals? She said "Well we have pictures online". I'm sorry but from my experience I've learned to never trust a picture that is posted by any landlord. Why would you not show people rentals on Saturday? You do realize most people work Monday through Friday. Overall, the phone call with the girl was bad. These reviews were the icing on the cake and I'll be throwing out all of their listings. read more

Every company has their downfall. I have been with revid since Dec 2014, there have been great improvements and sure can t complain......... Its never easy to find a company that is willing to work with you when times are hard and cant make it to pay your rent on time. Run away from this company... Do not rent from them... You will regret it... I promise. They are all over midtown ,but if you want a good realtor try Daniel Coulturi... he's a private owner who's really nice and fixes things quickly. Look in Craigs list or see if you can rent from an owner... but stay away from these devils!! Listen... If I could give this company 0s I would. They are awful! CROOKED!!! They do not manage their property and do not fix sh** and are very, very rude. My rent was over $1500 and I lived in an condo with terrible plumbing and prejudice neighbors. They would stare at my kids and I whenever we came outside... after so long we stopped going outside much... I was ready to move as soon as I moved there. Those same neighbors came into my yard, and left a note on my door when I was away from home and left me a nasty note...basically they wanted my black kids and I out of their neighborhood...I called the police on them the day for trespassing and harassment and they told police they had a right to come into my gate and walk around in my yard....Really?? throughout our stay there...they harassed me and then went to tell Revid I broke a gate.. and they believed them. No proof. Took their word and added the charge to my rent!!! That is illegal. I had to take them to court and they removed it, but found some bullsh** to charge me for to take out of my deposit. read more

My husband and I rented from this company for 2 years. The house was well maintained. One negative about this company is that they lack integrity. Once you sign the lease you are no longer a priority. There were several times we went to the office about several problems and were met with impersonal service and told lies just to get us out the door even though we were never late paying rent. They also took a charge from our deposit without explaining it. When we went to ask about it they never addressed the issue or even explained what the charge was for specifically. It's been over a month and we've yet to hear anything. Overall this company left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

My daughter lives in one of there duplex and it is not the best situation I wish I would have checked myself before they moved there. The have had problems with the mailbox first the bathroom down stairs doesn't work now the a/c is out and there is a 7 yrs old there and they get out till tomorrow or the next day.
