We are the customer and a 4 minute delay did not deserve this type of treatment. Also, I never receive a confirmation email when I initiated the rental even when I called twice asking for one. The owners are clearly disorganized and understaffed. I will look at other companies to rent from next time.

I legitimately scratched the jet ski I know it was me, but because it was easily repairable he didn't charge me a penny for it and charged me fair honest price for the gas. Plus the rental price is a great deal to check out an awesome lake!! His jet skis are also top notch, I have my own Honda F-12x back at home and was very impressed with his jet skis had a lot of fun :)

The property also has an on-site restaurant, but we found the prices to be considerably higher than other nearby dining options. There is only one picnic table available for guests, and it's located between the designated smoking area and the dumpster, making it an unpleasant place to enjoy a meal or relax outside. We noticed other reviews mention concerns about management, but our goal isn't to criticize--it's to provide honest, constructive feedback. We've stayed here multiple times because we know what this property is capable of. We had it restored a few years ago, and is enjoyed by everyone. It is great for walking, tennis courts, horseshoe, volleyball, public showers and laundry room; storm shelter, (with wifi), bike riding, and small beach with playground. It is seasonal; open with private water to your unit from May 1 to October1; weather permitting . The storage garages are a great amenity. Each lot is entitled to a storage garage. If your unit does not include a garage, there are some available for purchase. A great place to be in the summer on the Whitefish Chain. We have access to 14 lakes. Always units for sale.
