There was a ton of staff around and everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was a young woman at the front desk that we worked with the most often and she was very kind in explaining how the place worked and what was complimentary and what cost extra. We were guided to our camp site by a staff member on a golf cart which was very helpful as it was packed when we arrived. Despite the campground being full everyone was respectful and there was average noise for a populated area. We stayed Sunday night and then there were lots of spaces available. If you have the time to stay midweek I definitely recommend it. All the amenities were still available with a lot less people around. There were several flushing toilets, dog spaces and other amenities. We didn't have time to golf but wish we could have. We did try the pizza and it was delicious. We went tubing down the river and were warned that it is not a lazy river and that some steering would be required at times. The trip took about 2.5 hours for us and there were several trees and rocks to navigate. Still lots of fun but more of a work out than I anticipated. We loved this campground, and even though it was more than we usually spend on a site, it was worth it. We look forward to returning in the future.

Paid double for the wood we used, paid double for the kayaks 2 of my children used. When questioned, the owner got snappy and rude. The camper sites are small if you have any sort of camper with any slide outs, there is very little room to play with out feeling like you are spying on the camper next to you. The campground is for sale. We will not consider coming back until it sells and there are new owners.

If anyone would like to see the letter she mailed to my 87 year old father, who had been a seasonal for over 15 years and who's wife was on Hospice and just recently passed away, let me know and I would be happy to share the eviction letter he got from her. My dad didn't spend a lot of time at his seasonal site last year, because he was taking care of my mother. Now that she has passed, he doesn't have his seasonal site to enjoy this year and beyond. My dad loved the campground and the previous owners. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CAMPGROUND OR MICHELLE FUSSY THE OWNER, There are plenty of beautiful campgrounds in the area to support. I would give her a negative 10 review if I could. I put this same review on last fall, but was forced to remove it because she purposely overcharged by dad's electric bill and would only agree to his calculation if I took my review off here. THIS CAMPGROUND OWNER IS DECEITFUL

At one point I canceled thinking their would not be enough snow. After realizing the day of that there would in fact be a good amount of snow on the ground we called them back -last minute- and once again they were really nice and accommodating. We rented 4 sleds in total. 2 adults in each as well as ALL of the gear needed to ride for ALL of the adults in my party of various sizes. And when I mean all the gear, I mean all of it! Helmet, heavy bibs, heavy jacket, boots, gloves you name it. It was all top of the line stuff and even smelled cleaned and sanitized. My entire party had a blast. Most of us had not even brought warm clothes because we had cancelled earlier- so having people say how good and warm they felt using their gear was an indication of how good the gear was. We even rode at night in a snow shower. It was awesome! The sleds are seemed current year or last year. Mint condition and no visible issues when we were out . The location to the Grand View Lodge was pretty awesome. About 1000 yards or so from the main entrance. All in all this was definitely the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend them!
