I also found everyone to be friendly and courteous. I never once felt out of place. I e-mailed my artwork to Cody, and he did a fantastic rendition of the original art. Cody, you did a fantastic job on my arm! I will definitely will be back for more.

The woman that did our tattoos was very fast. I got a super simple tattoo, after it has healed I realized it's not the best, even though I asked for the most simple design. Luckily it's small and I put near my other tattoos so if you don't stare at it you can't tell. Also, their tattoo minimum is $60 which felt like too much for what I got.

All I got back was "none of our artists are looking to do anything like that right now." Like I understand tribute tattoos aren't everyone's cup of tea, but at least explain your answer. That one response was all I needed-- the artists don't care about the customers or their business.

I sat in the chair with my daughter and the lady began to put the black dots on her ears. She had to redo them like 6 times. So from there i knew something was going to go wrong. After she finally got them right she proceeds with the gun. Right side goes in. However, the back post didnt connect to the earing. I had to sit there and put the backpost on myself! Now left ear. Different gun. Same thing happens! I had to again put the backpost on myself! All i recieved was an apology and a send off. I wake up this morning to find her earing fell out! Now what do i do. I tried putting it back in but thats impossible without hurting her! I Do not reccomend this place. Go to Claires instead.

They will keep attempting to get you to spend more money (part of their job) even when you say "I don't want that" multiple times. The piercing procedure was great though. My ears were barely sore, no issues so far, and they provided a cleansing solution free with the piercing (which you only buy the earrings for). I am sad that they don't do any upper ear piercings, I was told they can only do the lobes. for this I have to say 3.5-4 stars.
