I sat in the chair with my daughter and the lady began to put the black dots on her ears. She had to redo them like 6 times. So from there i knew something was going to go wrong. After she finally got them right she proceeds with the gun. Right side goes in. However, the back post didnt connect to the earing. I had to sit there and put the backpost on myself! Now left ear. Different gun. Same thing happens! I had to again put the backpost on myself! All i recieved was an apology and a send off. I wake up this morning to find her earing fell out! Now what do i do. I tried putting it back in but thats impossible without hurting her! I Do not reccomend this place. Go to Claires instead.

They will keep attempting to get you to spend more money (part of their job) even when you say "I don't want that" multiple times. The piercing procedure was great though. My ears were barely sore, no issues so far, and they provided a cleansing solution free with the piercing (which you only buy the earrings for). I am sad that they don't do any upper ear piercings, I was told they can only do the lobes. for this I have to say 3.5-4 stars.

Dropped the needle. Then got a new one wich is okay mistakes happen! THEN once again like most reviews she doesn't fucking talk or anything She didn't close the door so I had people staring at me, and yet it's a 20$ fine if recorded but people can stare for free. My piercing is crooked and hurts and I got it done today. Would not recommend this piercer she doesn't talk, doesn't tell you how to take care of the piercing instead she just gives you a sheet of paper telling you how to take care of it.

Then…read morelater that night i went to clean it with a cotton swab and the earring fully just popped out of my ear... it was 2 pieces that screwed in, the back was still in my ear so my dad was able to screw the front piece back in. Woke up this morning and it was fully out of my ear, even the back and i'm unable to put it back in. I would always have problems with it coming loose and almost falling out of my ear which is very annoying and i've never had any piercing earring do that. Gonna have to get it re pierced and i'm very disappointed considering i payed $140 for this:/
