The top jewelry forced my jaw to push forward and after a couple months, I was experiencing jaw pain so I took it out. When I went back and got my eyebrows done, Molly said that she can mess around with the placement and redo the lip piercing for just the price of the jewelry! Molly and Cody are extremely kind and professional. BUT Their front staff seems to be constantly changing, and none of them have been very nice to me, or other customers from what I heard first hand at the shop.

The items that I wanted to purchase totaled about $50, needless to say I will not be spending my money at Claire's or at the sister store Icing. Customer service is very important to me as a consumer, and the fact that the employee took time to notice the customer that came in after me is an issue.
