The directions are very clear on how to enter and exit the car wash. Because you don't have someone hand drying off your car things can be missed, there is some spots that happen or places that are missed by the brushes. But overall you 6 out of 10. Today unfortunately as I'm driving home I'm looking through my back windshield and the driver's side back rear was not even washed. I can still see the dirt on the windshield. I should have turned around and gone back through but I just now caught it and Unfortunately I'm already home.
