The doctor who administered the injections failed to inform me that this was a common side effect. Subsequently, this doctor refused to speak to me or see me and the clinic has engaged in stalling tactics and now they completely ignore me. They failed to supply me with my notes and I have tried several times to get them to take responsibility for the doctor's incompetence. Nobody was available to consult and offer to try and remedy the situation. As result I will have to engage in long court proceedings and will have to complain everywhere where I can. In the process of interviewing lawyers, I have found that they are known. Be warned. Do not use this place.

She was able to get every single hair and was very thorough (getting a couple of strays with a tweezer). The waxing was pain free and the results of the wax is silky smooth. My appointment slot was originally 30 minutes but I left after 5. The whole interaction was rather bizarre and entirely unhelpful. Make sure you make an appointment with a board-certified doctor and not a so-called "skin therapist".
