I had seen some of the top dermatologists in London, taken five different antibiotics, many topical lotions and creams and then a low dose one year course of roaccutane. This helped briefly but once off the medicine it all came back and worse. A friend recommended Milena, I went for a visit and she assessed my skin and suggested a treatment course two weeks apart for 6 weeks, within the first week I saw incredible results, by the end of six weeks I was a new person. I had to hang up and ring another day to speak to someone else. Most of these girls are very young and really don't know what they're doing along with hardly speaking any English. After booking my appointment I kept getting text messages from them asking to change my appointment but they didn't seem to know they were texting me, but still kept on changing my appointments around. I eventually had my first treatment where I was made to feel really uncomfortable with another lady sitting in on the appointment. For some reason they completely covered up my eyes so I couldn't see anything throughout the whole service, lying there in silence. My next appointment was booked in for 6 weeks later but their Diode machine had broken and no one even let me know. They were meant to call me on numerous occasions to let me know when it was fixed but each time I had to call them to find out what was going on. So I waited about 3 months for it to be fixed, by which time I turned up for my appointment and the lady told me the machine was broken again, and again no one even let me know. The manager was actually there that day and I said that I wanted my money back if they can't fix the machine b/cos clearly they can't provide me with the service that I have paid for. He initially agreed to this and he was going to call me when the engineer's had been in to let me know. I never received a call. I rang them to see what was going on with the machine and a girl on the phone confirmed that they no longer provide the Diode Laser treatment, so she put me on the phone with the manager which at this point outright refused to give me a refund. He kept trying to offer me other products and I argued with him over the phone for several minutes where I threatened to get legal involved and I even told him that I would leave a bad review but he didn't seem to care as he kept saying "We offer excellent service" and he just wasn't backing down. So I got in contact with groupon who eventually refunded me the full amount in groupon credit. Please avoid this place if you don't want an awful experience and be ripped off at the same time. I am also very dubious about all these 5* reviews... If you've been in there you'll know what I mean.

They have a 'legal department' run by a solicitor who sits on your legal letters and a complaint dept who chooses to ignore GP advice. The salon is very good at marketing but are not interested if things go wrong. Please look elsewhere they do not care. You will not see much negative stuff as they pile in the reviews with recent clients to negate the obvious.

I was told it was a new Botox, meant to be better etc. I will not go back - I'm extremely annoyed and I notice today, it's wearing off already and that is less than half the time it usually lasts. Botox should be getting cheaper and easier. This whole experience was hard work, had to go 3 times in the end and I was bruised for a while - not happened that badly before.
