I hunted on the internet for somewhere to get a derma roller treatment done, and was a bit apprehensive because I've never had anything like that before. I emailed Clinica Fiore to ask some questions about the treatment and Hilary replied. She was really helpful and answered all my queries, so I booked up. From that moment on I have found everyone I have come into contact with there incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. After a busy day at work, it's lovely going along and seeing everyone, and having a treatment. Right from entering the place, seeing the lovely smiling Flavio and the calm, clean environment, I feel switched off from work and able to relax. I have had derma roller treatment and a couple of facial IPLs, which Hilary has done, and most recently a couple of Carly's facials. Both ladies have been fantastic in explaining what's going on and answering all my questions. I find it interesting, which is why I ask lots about what they're doing, but also I have never had any treatments before so it's all new to me. I have had perioral dermatitis for some months before discovering Clinica Fiore, and since having these various treatments the perioral dermatitis is better than it has been since I first developed it. In the last couple of weeks particularly, I have noticed the biggest change. I had begun using a natural remedy that I had read about and was able to discuss this with Carly and Hilary and get their advice, and since following their suggestions I've noticed another marked improvement. All in all this is a fabulous place, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and only suggest for consideration what they think would be right for me. Clinica Fiore is exceptional! I was introduced to Clinica Fiore by a friend who highly recommended them. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the team and the very charming , charismatic and ever youthful Flavio. I think I was introduced to everyone, asked about my skin care concerns in a sympathetic and caring manner and guided through the very broad ranges of treatments they offer, which are all excellent. Clinica Fiore offer treatments I have never heard of before and having a passion for looking my best I was keen to learn more about these. They remain ahead of the game, ensuring they provide the latest treatments and from the conversations I have had with the team it is clear that everything they offer is personally tested and given a seal of approval before they will offer it to their clients. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, caring, knowledgeable and sincere in their desire to make you look amazing on the outside and feel amazing on the inside too. Hilary is just divine and her knowledge and ability to regenerate youth back into your skin is second to none. She has me in fits of giggles whenever I am having a treatment and I feel genuinely cared for and looked after. Dr Izamov is just adorable and is like an alchemist who has literally transformed my skin and made me look 15 years younger. To date I have had two different treatments and can say without hesitation that the claims of the practitioners are valid as the treatments work! Not only do the treatments work but they walk the talk. Everyone there looks great. You wouldn't take fashion advice from someone who looked like they got dressed in the dark, and you wouldn't take skin care advice from people who didn't have flawless skin. I do not normally write a review when visiting a new salon or clinic for my skincare/beauty treatments.But when reccomended to Clinica Fiore on endell street in my favourite place covent garden,i have to say i was amazed one by ther hospitality and two by the therapists knowledge and level of treatment i received.Starting with Flavio who i beleive is the director of the clinic so down to earth and welcoming! i have to say in a high end clinic like Fiore,This is very rarely the case in my experience. i was booked for a dermaroller treatment with Hillary,i was alittle nervous as i hadn't had this treatment before,it was explained to me in such detail that as the treatment began i felt calm and had total faith in my new treatment, which was performed with care and attention and i felt fabulous.Next i was with ther new skincare and waxing therapist Carly for my USUALLY dreaded hollywood wax,the clinic and the rooms have an extremely HIGH standard of cleanliness.which when having waxing for me is of high importance,Carly gave me the most wonderful treatment and almost pain free!!!i have rebooked all my treatments for nxt month and actually cant wait to go back i would give Clinica Fiore 10 out 10 and would highly recommend you go there from anything from facials,dermaroller,waxing and much more and as flavio said just pop in for an espresso anytime!!!! read more

I was lucky to discover Clinica Fiore last winter on the strength of Wahanda and Qype online reviews. As a first-time beauty clinic visitor, I was a bit apprehensive, but I needn't have worried. The reviews are right! I ended up becoming a repeat customer and had several different treatments done since then. As I don't currently live in London, I make a special trip here every quarter. I love this place. They have a very small group of permanent staff who are lovely to deal with, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. The facilities are spotless, the equipment is top of the range, and the treatments I have received have gone without a hitch. I was particularly happy with my last botox treatment which looked extremely natural and gave me a more relaxed expression. What really makes a lasting impression about Clinica Fiore is their unparalleled customer service. Every time I walk in I receive a warm welcome it feels like I'm part of the family. Flavio, the owner, is absolutely lovely. I wonder in how many high-end clinics does the owner answer the phone and chat with customers? How many clinics provide personalised service, rather than dealing with you as another piece of meat? Clinica Fiore is oasis of calm, from the moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated and impeccably clean clinic I was at ease. I was greeted by the lovely IPL/LASER expert Hillary who gave me a comprehensive consultation and discussed my requirements and really took the time to find out what I was looking to gain from the treatment. Personally I was keen to reduce the unsightly thread veins around my nose and tone down the overall redness of my skin as well as giving my face a youthful boost, there were lots of other options depending on your skin type and requirements, including anti-aging, acne scarring etc. Hillary clearly explained what results I should expect from the treatment and the results were immediately apparent and actually improved over the next few days, I am really pleased with the outcome. Post the treatment we discussed aftercare and I was given a handy after care sheet detailing all of the points raised just in case I forgot anything and Hillary very kindly advised that I could call if I thought of any questions that were not covered. As a man I have always been a bit nervous about the whole 'beauty clinic' thing not for us right? Well I got a recommendation from a girl friend to go to see Flavio at Clinica Fiore in Covent Garden and all those prejudices were blown away. I was made to feel totally comfortable sorry to be a bit politically incorrect but this is not just a 'girly' environment. Sitting in reception is like sitting in a nice Soho hotel lounge and being greeted by Flavio and Hilary takes away any 'pre-match' nerves. I had some fillers (well, I'm not as young as I was!) the whole treatment was explained in simple detail and we spent a good deal of time discussing whether the fillers were right for me. As a middle aged man recently turned 50 & experiencing my first attendance at a beauty clinic, I found Cinica Fiore to provide a non intimidating, friendly however clinically professional Service. I had noticed some signs of aging & had phoned for a consultation. The clinic was welcoming & the consultation informative. I wanted to have a Botox treatment for quite a while but I was always very nervous about making calls then a friend of mine recommended me to visit Clinica Fiore skin media. I called the clinic and they were very understanding of my needs and also very patient so with that I booked an appointment. Honest, friendly, expert advice and to top it off the prices are affordable, which makes a nice change for a London clinic. I do not normally write reviews however as this is the first time I have ever been to a beauty clinic I thought it might be helpful. I have always had some small red veins on my face, and they had always bothered me. I visited Clinica Fiore for a consultation, and they suggested IPL intense pulsed light treatment. I went ahead and had several sessions. The results were fantastic. I even had a colleague at work say that my complexion was 'radiant' !!! I simply cannot recommend clinica fiore enough. I had researched having Botox but was nervous and possibly embarrassed. I arranged a weekend in London and took myself off to meet Flavio. From the minute I set foot in the clinic, I was reassured that this was more than a clinic. I met with Hillary who is professions and very knowledgeable. I've had 2 lip filler treatments in Clinica Fiore and I could not be happier. The staff is super friendly and Dr Rovshan Izamov is the best I've been to. I've been to other clinics who have done bad jobs or don't really look at detail but Dr Rovshan Izamov attention to detail and symmetry was very impressive, my lips look plumb enough but so natural, nobody can tell I've had them done!
