I had seen some of the top dermatologists in London, taken five different antibiotics, many topical lotions and creams and then a low dose one year course of roaccutane. This helped briefly but once off the medicine it all came back and worse. A friend recommended Milena, I went for a visit and she assessed my skin and suggested a treatment course two weeks apart for 6 weeks, within the first week I saw incredible results, by the end of six weeks I was a new person. I think this is the mildest treatment they have on their treatment list. This place seems to specialise mainly in botox-filler type things and laser hair removal (not for me - I'm still too young and not particularly hairy!). So what you need to know. Clean facilities, quick service. Quick run down of the pro's and con's of the treatment and a good holistic check up of your general skin routine and what more you could be doing. I came away also buying a new non-greasy SPF factor 50 which is exactly what I've been looking for. They also sell off the shelf high end face products and offer 30 minute consultations to help you cut through all the confusion. Good, safe bet. I'll be back again.

I ended up having the first one that day, and looking back, I was totally pushed into it due to them advising that they get extremely booked up. The practitioner administering my treatment was nice enough, however I did not see results, nor did I feel comfortable going back for a further session. I feel they are money-grabbing without proper care and consideration to the individual patients and needs. Do not recommend at all.

Booking the appointment was easy and was glad I can be seen on a short notice. My appointment with Dr Kalli started with couple of questions about my skin care routine, products that I use and if I have any allergies. Dr Kalli listened to my concerns, was very professional and informative. She recommended me coupe of skin care products for my skin type as well. The facial lasted around 30 minutes. Just enough time to snooze off while the anti-aging cream penetrates into the skin and works its magic. My facial was tailored to suit my needs and my skin has improved just after one session. OPEN NOT CLOSED. I chose it because of the great website, thorough forms that were sent ahead of the appointment and good advertising (by using Google ads - another lesson learnt). Harley St doesnt mean quality! Difficult to find. Dirty bathroom when I arrived. Clean premises other than that and the therapist was good hearted but seemed to have NO knowledge other than soundbites she used to reply to my questions with. I had to have three colonics as part of a cleanse in the past two weeks, this was the second and it put me in the worst mood. It is NOT an OPEN COLONIC which is the typical one, it is CLOSED (look it up) which means it's like paying £85 for an enema and then having to self push a huge amount of water out - like a trial run at having a baby but out of the wrong hole. She couldn't tell me why the closed was different to the open or better so I thought I'd look it up later. Apparently it's preference. She then said this doesn't hurt - before her inserting the little nozzle that made me yelp loudly in pain. I still thought maybe I'm being sensitive as I became more and more unimpressed until... hardly anything came out - it was really just water. Every time she came in - (you are left on your own) she would say "Oh look at the yellow and brown of the water - those are the toxins leaving the kidney." No they aren't! They are just the colour of the water from have been mixed with poo! After 30 minutes of water and the occasional bit of matter coming out I pressed the buzzer and left. It was my first time getting colonic hydrotherapy and I was nervous. The booking system was…read moreefficient and I had to complete a lengthy questionnaire before hand for the director of the clinic to review and make sure the treatment would be suitable and beneficial to me. I arrived early and was greeted by my therapist and she invited me in to wait until my appointment time. I then met the director for a consultation for 10 minutes beforehand to go through the process, why I was interested in having the colonic and also exactly what would be happening in my body during the treatment. There was only one inch of tubing to insert (TMI, sorry) and the system meant that you could comfortably release any time you felt like it. It was comfortable as the water was temperature regulated and my therapist lowered the speed of water for me to make it even more comfortable. I only had some minor cramping and the therapist gave me both a manual massage and massage with an infrared device that really helped to ease pain. She talked to me initially then gave me some privacy when I was more relaxed after w hole in the process. I was debreied but both my therapist and the director and given an electrolyte to drink after. They were amazing ladies and made the process so comfrtobale and actually refreshing for me. I would totally recommend!
