I'm typically not one to leave reviews, but dealing with LaMettry's has been the worst experience…read moreI've had with a body shop. My vehicle sat there for an entire month and they never even started the repairs. I kept being told they were trying to work things out with my insurance company. My insurance company made two payments to LaMettry's, but I was told the payments weren't enough. They did cash the checks they received, though. The biggest frustration was the lack of communication. Nobody ever proactively reached out to me with an update. I had to contact them every single time just to find out what was going on. After a month of getting nowhere, I decided to take my vehicle out of LaMettry's and bring it to a different body shop. Hopefully, I'll have a much better experience there. I'll never return to LaMettry's or recommend this shop to anyone.

She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the different options and what to expect. The ceramic tint looks incredible and has made a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of my vehicle. I love the added benefits of ceramic tint, including excellent heat rejection and UV protection, while still giving my vehicle a clean, sleek, high-end look. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was installed so cleanly, with great attention to detail around all of the windows, windshield, and sunroof. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Another thing I really appreciated was that the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and the ceramic tint. I feel like I received an excellent value for the money, especially considering how professional the service and finished product were. The entire experience was easy, professional, and stress-free. They answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and truly provided outstanding customer service. If you're considering getting your vehicle tinted, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting. If you're on the fence about where to go, I definitely recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed. The combination of excellent customer service, quality workmanship, ceramic tint, and a reasonable price makes this a five-star experience in my book!
