I was referred to TruClean for cleaning two area rugs I bought some time ago at a carpet/rug store in St. Pete, FL. When I called them they were immediately helpful and explained the process. They can pick up the rug to take to the facility to clean or I could drop off. (I opted for them to pick up) They explained all the cleaning services they offer (for rugs)- adding a protector product (better than scotch guard) and super cleaning any pet odors. They picked up my living room rug in mid-December, brought it back Dec. 22 (2022). Then they took my bedroom area rug to be cleaned. This was more challenging- my bed over the rug is a 4-poster, heavy bed, but they managed. Both rugs look so much better! The guys were very professional and careful. I would trust them again in the future. I won't wait as long next time! read more

I gave Jason and his team several rugs and 5 oversized (hard to replace) patio chair cushions to clean. I was thrilled with the results. Everything looks brand new again!! Great Job !! I was very impressed with the service. They schedule within a week. Show up on time . Are extremely polite as caring. I'm embarrassed to say that we did not realize how dirty our tile and grout had become over the years but NO MORE! Turned out great and they were happy to come touch up a heavy traffic area. My name is Chris Bastow, and I am the Owner of TruClean. I was born and raised here in Pinellas County and worked with my family's carpet cleaning company for eight years during and after my time in the U.S Coast Guard. I have always loved the science of cleaning and loved serving customers and making their homes and businesses look fantastic! My family's business gave me a lot of experience in the industry, and when they decided to sell their company, I started TruClean. We have grown through excellent service and are proud to help new customers get the results they are truly looking for at a fair price. Not only when I called he set me appointment next day first thing at 8:30am. I know with the holiday weekend they were slammed but he made sure he fit me in first thing in the morning so my floors were done for my eight-month-old daughter ... Jason was great with the estimate - I appreciated the time he took to assess my floors. Westin was thorough and did an amazing job with my tile grout and carpets. Pet urine was completely removed from carpet and carpet looks new again. Also, I have textured tile which is hard to clean. Their floor cleaning equipment is amazing. The grout lines were brought back to new as well. The guys were professional and seemed to care about their quality of work. A big deal for me is they use the latest technology for accepting the job, text alerts every step of the way and they actually answer the phone if you call in between the alerts. read more

I closed on a house on Treasure Island on a holiday weekend on Friday evening. I called 3 places to come Saturday to clean and no one would except TruClean Carpet. They showed up when they said, did a fantastic job on 2000 sq ft and in a relatively short time frame. Polite, and polished! Reasonable in pricing. I would use them again and will!!!! read more
