Full disclosure: I am a repeat customer of this business. Also full disclosure: Like a moth to a flame, It took me a few tries to learn my lesson after getting burnt. Car Dealers, like all other businesses, provide a service that many others provide. Problem is, that this firm tends to prey on folks. I am sure that it is possible to get a good deal here - but these folks are masters of all the gross things that we hear and experience when buying a vehicle - and it just shouldn't be this way. I was transparent. Told them my downpayment, my wish and must have list, and what I was hoping to do up front. With that I found (I found - not they helped me find) three vehicles that would work. They would not divulge the price of the vehicle (red flag #1), and when I found out the price, and considered the other (and less expensive) vehicles that I chose, they told me that those vehicles were in accidents, and that I should shy away from them. (Red Flag #2). They continued to avoid the price, and when it came to my trade, they valued it at auction prices - NOT KBB, Nada, Edmunds, or others of what the vehicles trade value was - and they refused to move on the price of either vehicle (Red Flag #3). I should have exited, but I got caught up in the game. Then after all this - they would not let me take the car home (it hadn't been safety checked. The following business day they screwed around with getting the car ready. At this point, I attempted to back out of the scheme, but they stated that I had already bought the car. Here it is a week later, and I am returning the car. The bank wouldn't finance it (because they had "put too much cream in the deal" - my brother is a banker - just not auto loans). I've had the car for a week. And now I am returning it. Yes, it has been stressful, but more to the point - completely unnecessary. Rather than take in to consideration my time, and all the points, this firm (and their sister up the street) chose greed over a sale. I am not sad. I recently bought a splicing van from these guys at Trucks Plus and they were all very pleasant to work with. They went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I had some questions about the mechanics on the van some they suggested we took it to a professional to get it checked out. It passed the inspection and I drove it home. I waited to write this review because I wanted to work out of the van for a couple of days and see how it did. Sold me a truck with rear tires below legal limits. When I called the g.m. after having a blow out on Snoqualmie pass he didnt even ask my name, look up the sale. He just denied the claim. I put exactly 6542 miles since I purchased the vehicle. While the front tires are worn the backs are racing slicks. No tread. That did not happen in 6500 miles. I saw an add for a vehicle they had. It appeared to be a decent deal. The add had no photos. I asked for them to text me photos, never got any. I drove over to the dealer to look at the car almost 70 miles. When I got there the guy I had been dealing with wasn't available and neither was the car. They told me it was junk and they wouldn't feel right selling it to me, but hey I've got these other vehicles over here. The next day the salesman I had been dealing with asked if I came and looked at the car. I stated I drove there but never saw any car. I asked again for photos... Nothing. But hey I've got these vehicles here you might be interested in, with photos. My conclusion is there never was any car that I had been interested in for a good price. It was simply a ploy to get me in and upsell me. Next time pick a vehicle you have photos of, might get more bites. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. They do take advantage of people. My son and his wife needed a larger car because they had just had their fourth child. They went to Trucks Plus and they qualified them for a nice Kia Sedona. The kids drove it off the lot and within 48 hours they were contacted that they were not actually qualified for that vehicle but there were vehicles just a nice that they could put them in. They put them into A GMC Acadia that they just loved but within a week they were having mechanical issues with it. Took it back to Trucks Plus and Trucks Plus said their sister store Steve Hahns shop would have to look at it. Kids took it in, Steve Hahn said it just needed a new battery which they purchased. Two days after replacing the battery it once more was having problems starting plus would die while just driving along. Bank that the kids have the loan through told them to take it back to Trucks Plus to have it fixed again. Three weeks went by without a word from Trucks Plus or Steve Hahn where it had to be taken to once more. The kids contacted them to find out when they would be getting their car back. The shop told them they thought they were just detailing it for resale. There was nothing in their books about fixing the car. The kids contacted the bank to let them know. Bank said they would take care of the problem. As of today, they have been without the car they are still making payments on for over 4 months and no one will give them straight answers as to why. This is the worst place to buy a truck. My credit score at the time was 610 no collections but had high credit usage like 80%. 100 percent payment history. The truck I was buying was about $8.5 grand. They told me I was approved with my trade of $600 plus an additional $100. A couple days later I get a call and they ask about housing costs which is zero. Then end of week I get a call to come in and sign the final papers. When I get here the sales guy tells me they want another $3000 down. I told them don't have it. They asked how much can you come up with. I said about $1200 they agreed I said it would take a few days because it's in a CD at a bank in Seattle. They ask for the truck back. I dropped it off I let them keep my truck to show good faith. A few days later I arrive with the $1200 after spending gas and a fee to cash it out. They say hang on to it we will get back to you the next day. That never happened. I go there Saturday and they said it's not going to work. Also through out the process for the start I am constantly asked about trading in my other car as well like over 30 times. I keep telling them no. So the sales agent says. The bank doesn't want to give you a loan because I already have a loan that more than 1/2 paid for on time and they don't know why I want a second vehicle. So basically I got because I'm a single person I can't finance a second vehicle. So a few days later I get a letter from the bank. Which states my loan was never approved due to high credit obligations. Also I had to make sever trips 4 to get my title truck and deposit back. They missed placed the title. So a couple of weeks go by and I get a call and the tell me I'm approved for the truck and it's about 2.5 grand cheaper. Well since then I have reinvested my cashed out cd. I told them not interested in continuing a buying relationship. Due to the saying approved they will make it work with the extra Dow that cost me $100 to get and the multiple trips to get everything back. Who's to say. They won't be honest this time and if the bank says no due to high credit usage it should still say no. read more

Trucks plus USA is the best! My salesman Ozzy was professional. He knew I was looking for a new daily driver as I Drive 100 miles a day. He took me to Steve Hahns where I got a 2013 Passat TDI! Trucks plus has full access to Steve Hahns inventory and it's cheaper! Apparently they have a lower tax rate in union gap which is awesome. Pete ( their finace guru) got me the extended warranty which I sadly had to use. It's a used car so I understand. For a timing belt, water pump. It was gonna be like 3500 to do with some other servicing. I told Pete and he got right on the phone to warranty company and got it handled. It cost me $200 out of pocket to get it done by VW. Wow what a difference it is to be able to go to a dealership and even though I'm buying a truck for my son and I am a woman I was treated with just as much respect as anybody! I have bought 2 vehicles from Trucks Plus. Both of the vehicles have been good. My problem with the dealership is their high pressure on buying the extended warranty. I do not buy extended warranties on anything. So when I say I do not want it..that is it. BUT not with Trucks Plus..they likened not buying the extended warranty like not having health care coverage. I walked into this dealership being referred by a family member..Needless to say I was sold a super lemon. Two days after purchasing the vehicle I found out I had no reverse lights and was thinking how would I ave been able to check the reverse lights while I was the one in the vehicle by myself the salesman was trying to help 3 other customers while helping me, I also had to buy 4 brand new tires as the ones that were on the vehicle was bald and wires were coming out. When I bought the vehicle the dealership knew I had to drive 6 hours to get home and on bald tires not cool. I was promised several things when I bought it ike a full tank of gas and to get my vehicle by 1 pm. I FINALLY got it at 6 when they closed and a empty tank of gas. I mentioned the gas tank was empty and was told they could fill it up but charge me for it..Wow.
