Would highly recommend getting a sampler/flight if you've never tried kombucha!

Can't believe I haven't written a review for trubucha! This place is awesome if you love kombucha OR if you've never tried it before. They always have several varieties available, though they tend to run out of some of the more popular flavors that are made in small batches. The prices are reasonable as well. What makes trubucha's kombucha great is that you can actually taste the flavor the drink is supposed to be... That is not always the case with bottled kombucha or the taste you get may be very artificial - not here! Would highly recommend trying Prickly Pear flavor if you see it, and also lavender is quite good. If you've never had kombucha before, ask for a sample! The best way to probably get a feel for whether you may like it or not is to order their kombucha flight/sampler where you can choose four different flavors to try. If you like it, then get a bottle of it to take it home with you. I believe their promotion is if you get 6 bottles (their 32 oz bottles), your 7th one is free.

Whether you love kombucha or are a rookie, Trubucha is the place to be. They have a ton of flavors from ginger, raspberry, mint, to their new fall favorite, fall spice! Up on tap is strawberry and their black berry currant. Unsure of what to have? Get a flight!

White Peach & Raspberry Kombuchas. 12 and then 20 ounce cups.

Stopped in today for the very first time. The owner, Marc I believe, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and what I was hoping to get out of Kombucha. I ended up taking two different flavors home to try - Raspberry and White Peach. The raspberry one was first slightly tart on the front end, but there were definitely layers of flavor there and it really grew on me as I drank a few sips. The White Peach was slightly sweeter at first, but it also had depth of flavor. I even tried mixing them together and it was delicious. Overall their Kombuchas that I tried were flavorful and something I'd consider drinking more of. They weren't as acidic as the ones I purchased from the store, but they also weren't weak in flavor. It was a nice balance that I'm planning on going back to try more of. If you're in the market to consider giving Kombucha a try, I'd recommend stopping in. It's a great location with outdoor seating available and lots of flavors to choose from for home. Cheers!

Great customer service, $4 for a medium $6 for a large. Raspberry was good tasted like xxx vitamin water. The white peach was great too.

never had kombucha before and this was such an amazing experience. I got a flight with 4 different flavors; all of which were phenomenal. Emmie helped me pick them out. She was so friendly and patient, her vibes alone would make me want to come back again. So happy to have found this place! Can't wait to get my own growler to take some home!

This is part of the flight of 4 I got .

Great booch. Flavor is subtle and fresh! Try the strawberry. I like the jalapeño kombucha as well mixed in with another flavor.

    Ask the Community - Trubucha

    Are they still offering flights?

Currently no. Our whole space has been taken over by production with the addition of several other brands that were started during the pandemic. We are open for bottle service where you can still come and fill growlers.

Formerly a plant shop, Blind Tiger looks nothing like your typical bar, and is not the place for typical drunken shenanigans. Too many aesthetic and fragile displays of taste. But, it IS a place for wild and wacky conversations, pop-up shops, and taste-full cocktails. Yes, NA besties included! Order from the counter from their regular or seasonal menu, and then settle yourself in on either of two floors of lounge-y seating. It's cozy without being crowded, and there are endless things to look at and examine. Hanging lights, fishnet tablecloths, a disco-ball wall. You might even try to ride the rolling ladder (just kidding, ignore those intrusive thoughts). If you're feeling generous, get some merch, which is located along the wall with a fridge full of NA apertifs. One of the staff will bring your cocktails to the table so you don't have to lift a finger once you're cozy. October seems the perfect time to come and get acquainted with their drinks. You could end up with a cute skull garnish and imagine that there are real candles on each table. We tried a Zesty Tiger (made with mango syrup instead of elderflower liquor, as they were out), and an Apple Pie Sour - both very smooth and very delicious.

Also they typically have DJs on Saturday but didn't today, still blasting some great music. Definitely has overall vibes that appeal to a younger crowd. Which I am not quite sure if I'm the exact demographic they are aiming for but as you can see 5 stars says I'm a fan! Perfectly located to a whole lot going on. A coffee shop, a cidery, recently opened spicy/romance book store, and others nearby means you can hit up lots of places in one trip. It has a uniqueness in every aspect really. From the seating, the DJ sets/music, hard kombucha (hooch booch brand - woman owned brand by the way). But besides the hard booch they have cocktails, coffees, teas, mocktails. Seriously a drink for every person in your party. The bartenders were friendly and answered any questions we had and let my wife try her hard kombucha before getting a full pour. Also while we didn't partake their menu offers an All You Can Sip from noon-6pm for $25 that includes coffee, tea, booch, and corpse reviver (electrolyte drink). Honestly a solid deal if you wanted to get some work done and have endless drinks. Give this spot a try if you find yourself nearby! Worth it!

First off ~ shoutout to Cole, who was an excellent server. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about both the food and beer menu, and genuinely welcoming. Service like that always elevates the experience. It was also great seeing Chris back as the new manager. You can already feel the positive shift. The small changes he's implementing are noticeable, and it's clear he has a strong vision that aligns perfectly with the brewers and the direction of the space. The atmosphere feels refreshed, optimistic, and dialed in ~ exactly what this spot needed. Now let's talk food, because Spice Trade continues to impress beyond typical brewery fare. The tandoori wings were packed with flavor ~ perfectly cooked with a great spice balance (I went medium heat, which had just the right kick without overpowering the seasoning). The jalapeño garlic naan was another standout: warm, soft, and loaded with flavor. Honestly, these dishes alone make it worth coming in hungry. The menu has some seriously strong options, and I'm already planning a return visit to explore more ~ especially paired with some of the newer beers. The cucumber lemon sour sounds like it's going to be a perfect match for patio season. Spice Trade feels like a brewery finding its momentum again: great food, creative beers, strong leadership, and a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. Excited to see where things go next ~ and I'll definitely be back soon.
