Trubucha has an amazing selection of Ginger Beer, Kombucha and Lemonade. They brew at their location and have a rotating product selection that is provides product for all tastes. Owners are super nice, helpful and informative. Prices are in line with what you would expect. My go to is the Lavendar Lemonade and the Double Ginger Ginger Beer. In the summer their varieties expand greatly and you can typically pick product up at many of the local farmers markets. Give Trubucha a try, you can't go wrong with any of their offerings. However, if you go with their home delivery be aware that they do not update their website so what shows to be available on the website does not reflect what they actually have. Additionally, there are flavors that are not on the website that they do have in the store. For home delivery you will simply get what they think you should have. If planning ahead for a specific product you are better off visiting the store. Recently while in the store the counter person mentioned that when Trubucha moves to their new expanded location they will most likely not offer the walk-in customer service. I haven't been to their actual location yet since I get my kombucha from them at the Parker Farmer's Market but once winter hits I'll have to check out their actual brick and mortar location. I really enjoy the flavors they have and my current favorite is the lemon basil. It's light, refreshing and perfect for summer. My other favorite thing about is that you can get your bottles refilled. I originally got a 32 oz for $10 and whenever I bring it back I get it refilled for $7. They also have a punch card where after getting six refills you get the seventh for free! read more

Can't believe I haven't written a review for trubucha! This place is awesome if you love kombucha OR if you've never tried it before. They always have several varieties available, though they tend to run out of some of the more popular flavors that are made in small batches. The prices are reasonable as well. What makes trubucha's kombucha great is that you can actually taste the flavor the drink is supposed to be... That is not always the case with bottled kombucha or the taste you get may be very artificial - not here! Would highly recommend trying Prickly Pear flavor if you see it, and also lavender is quite good. If you've never had kombucha before, ask for a sample! The best way to probably get a feel for whether you may like it or not is to order their kombucha flight/sampler where you can choose four different flavors to try. Stopped in today for the very first time. The owner, Marc I believe, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and what I was hoping to get out of Kombucha. I ended up taking two different flavors home to try - Raspberry and White Peach. The raspberry one was first slightly tart on the front end, but there were definitely layers of flavor there and it really grew on me as I drank a few sips. The White Peach was slightly sweeter at first, but it also had depth of flavor. I even tried mixing them together and it was delicious. Overall their Kombuchas that I tried were flavorful and something I'd consider drinking more of. They weren't as acidic as the ones I purchased from the store, but they also weren't weak in flavor. It was a nice balance that I'm planning on going back to try more of. If you're in the market to consider giving Kombucha a try, I'd recommend stopping in. VERY excited to have a kombucha taproom in my area. Previously, my alternative was American Cultures, up in Denver. Thankfully, this is much closer and still boasts a great selection. When I visited last, I can comfortably say there were over 10+ flavors on tap. Some that stood out to me were Rose, Lavender, Lemon Basil, Cucumber, Jalapeño, Mint, Ginger etc. Most of them are just single flavors (as in, not mixed with another flavor), which I definitely appreciate because you don't lose the subtle flavors to those stronger tastes that many companies like to add in (like adding in cranberry or orange over other more delicate flavors). Having said that, you can always ask for your own ratio and mixture of different flavors (I heard a couple other customers doing just this). New to kombucha or just intimidated by the selection? The worker at the bar was happy to help me to various samples; so, feel free to ask for some if you're new/curious. End up loving it? You can also fill your growlers here too. The environment itself was clean and open, with plenty of seating inside and outside. There IS wifi and it DOES work well. As for parking, there is a parking lot with a few spots specifically allocated to Trubucha. You shouldn't have a problem finding room. In case you're not totally convinced on kombucha, they do sell coffee. I haven't tried it yet but will likely give it a try soon. I really enjoyed my stop in here. I'd never tried Kambucha, and the owners made it really accessible. They are generous with samples to make sure you pick a flavor you enjoy. Between pineapple, mango, and rose, I liked rose the most. They have 4 sizes, 2 sizes n to-go cups and 2 sizes in larger reusable glasses. Buy the large growler - like glass, and you pay less the next time you come in to refill, if you bring that glass back. The owner also gave me a 1/3 cup of coffee just to try. I've never had it before but was very pleased with the recommendation I received. Wow! What a neat experience. Located along a strip of shops and apartments on Park Meadows Drive. There are a few dedicated parking spots in front and some others in a shared lot with other businesses. Once inside we were greeted by a friendly staff. They gave us samples and helped us decide which Kombucha to try. The Kombucha is fresh, on tap, and very well balanced. It wasn't bitter at all. I tried the raspberry and the strawberry. The strawberry is actually made with honey. We were told the most popular ones are raspberry and mango. Others in my group tried the tart cherry and really liked it. The owner was there and stopped by our table to say hello. He was very friendly, we enjoyed a nice visit. We learned about the Kombucha process there. We purchased a big glass container of Kombucha to take home. We polished it off in 2 days, it was so good. Our overall experience was great, and we will definitely be back again.
