I had an issue with an electrical circuit being out in my kitchen, after having some insulation work (injectable foam) performed at my home. After performing some basic troubleshooting and being unable to find the cause, I called Radiant Lighting and they dispatched Curtis to my home. Curtis was knowledgable, willing to share his findings with me, and went the extra mile to correct the issue. I was not gouged on the bill and now feel like I have a local electrical company that I can trust and will use again in the future.

Start to finish, the service was totally unmatched. They came and roughed in the electrical system on my home refurbish project. All new electrical from the panel on. I think what stood out is every skilled electrician that worked on my home had an incredible attention to detail. Everything they did, they did with careful attention, never rushed or sloppy. They maintain high standards throughout the project and are super friendly and accommodating. They passed with flying colors on their first try, obviously impressing the inspector. I overheard the discussion between the inspector and one of the electricians and I was reassured when I heard the inspector say "I'd expect nothing less from you and your crew." This being my own home, comments like that go a long way and I'd recommend Volt to anyone with a project requiring an electrician. Top tier service at an incredible value. There really is no need to search elsewhere.

Received Humble Electrics info from a coworkers husband. At first they seemed to be very open to help me get this corrected so I could get hot water in my house. Monday came and I couldn't get in the schedule. They assured they could make it Tuesday. Come Tuesday I got a text saying they were an hour away. 2 hours later I contacted them and they stated they have been driving around for 30 minutes asking neighbors where our house was. I asked why they didn't call so I could assist, Humble Electric said I guess it wasn't meant to be because I didn't see there truck driving around. I'm sure they do fine work, but for this level of customer service I have to believe there are better options out there.
