QUALITY SEVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Our experience totally agrees with Hegge's 5 star rating. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Park, who worked with us, offered the most efficient and perfect solution for our Lutron lighting system with a quick diagnosis, a loaner module until we had the replacement. Amazingly Park, who did the initial Lutron installation in our recently purchased house, had saved the module's programming from over 10 years ago!!!! This SUPERB FORESIGHT & SERVICE ENABLED combined with Park's sympathetic prioritization of our urgent need enabled getting our complex home-automation integrated-lighting-system quickly working. Notably, if the system had to be programmed from scratch again it would have cost more and would have taken many hours over days and delayed us and our guests from enjoying our vacation home as it should be enjoyed. I called Hagge n a Monday morning to report a problem where several circuit breakers would trip for no reason. I was particularly concerned because one breaker controlled our main refrigerator and tripped several times when we were away for several hours. They told me there next available appointment would not be until Friday of that week. I mentioned this would not work because we would be away that day. She took my information and number and said she would call me back after she tried to find a better appointment. With in an hour, I had a 9:00 am appointment with Francisco for the next day Francisco called at 8:45 to say he would led be there within 15 minutes....and he was. Upon arrival, he introduced himself again and we chatted about the problem. He reassured me that this was a common one and he would have it fixes shortly...and he did. Here breakers were replaced and all is good. Francisco was so upbeat and had a positive attitude. I felt like he was an old buddy, as we chatted as he worked professionally and efficiently. Couldn't be more thankful for Park at Hegge Electrical Contractors. We came home and all of our home lights were out and we were unable to get things going. After an hour of googling and calling with zero hope - I found a man who took my call, although he couldn't help with our Lutron system he said he would put me in touch with his friend. Within five minutes Park gave us a call (on Saturday late afternoon) and said he could swing by and do his best to help us out. Long story short and a few back and forth between his office and our home - he was able to get us up and running by dinner time. Hegge Electrical exceeded my expectations in every way I needed to have a Tesla wall charger installed, and Hegge was at the top of the list of recommended electricians in the area. It started with a pleasant phone call, and from first contact I felt as though they were very accommodating to my difficult schedule. Francisco was able to do an inspection and install the charger the same day, despite setting my expectation for possibly a two-day process. Francisco was fantastic - very friendly, professional, and tidy. I'm very confident that his work was solid. Prior to doing the installation, he did a load calculation. He posted this in the electrical panel for the city inspector to review. The inspector commented to me that he was impressed and pleased that Francisco had done this, and commented "you almost never see this - people will install outlets and cross their fingers that the system can handle it". I hired Hegge Electrical Contractors to do a panel upgrade and EV charging circuit in an older cabin. The price was reasonable and they did an excellent job, but the county would not sign off on the permit due to the older wiring inside the cabin, leaving me with no power. We have low-voltage landscape lights around our yard and on one side of our driveway. We desired one additional light on the far side of our driveway, but didn't know how to go about it because the wiring would need to be buried under the driveway or go up and around the garage door. Hey there...so I did have HEGGE come out and give me a BID for some work...the estimate was the same as the company I ended up going with...which was STADA-ENERGY. It also took HEGGE a week to get back to me with the bid, and that was after I contacted them to ask when I would be receiving it. Furthermore, they do NOT do the stucco repair which is a MUST if you are doing a panel upgrade. read more
