Really hard & inconvenient place to drive to though. It's located in the Discovery Bay complex right underneath McDonald's on Ala Moana boulevard on the way to Ala Moana Beach. You have to park in the commercial parking lot and I think you get like half an hour free with validation. I got the large original acai bowl with the power toppings which came with bananas, granola, honey, peanut butter, and cacao nibs. Totally delicious post workout treat! Island vintage was formerly my favorite place, but the line there is always insane! Sometimes you have to wait 45 minutes to get your bowl. And it's also hard to get to over there too as you have to park in Royal Hawaiian shopping center. Real acai berries and guarana, which provides a caffeinated kick like ginseng. Not too sweet which I love, and flavorful. They do not skimp on toppings here and I was able to get topping in every bite of my cup even down to the very bottom. You'll feel it when you pick it up, this is a hefty bowl. $15 is still pretty expensive but it's par for the course here while on vacation in Hawaii. A special treat. Can't do this all the time otherwise I'll go broke on acai bowls lol. My only gripe is that there's only one worker and there was only one person in front of me. It took me like 12 to 15 minutes to get my bowl, which is unacceptable in my opinion for a fast food establishment.
