Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. If you value your safety, time, and money--go elsewhere. *I will be reporting this facility to Abbvie.

While doing so she made several offensive and racist comments, including insulting my child's name, talking about how she left a job because she couldn't work for "a black" and also talked about politics and the military. Her appointment was at 2 pm and my Husband arrived with her at 2:07 pm. They refused to see my young daughter through no fault of her own and without any advance notice of said policy. Had we known, I may have risked taking my daughter myself instead of requesting help from my Husband. I wanted to inform other customers in case they potentially run into an emergency that may make them "5 minutes late" as we were not extended that courtesy. We were simply and quite unfortunately turned away. Although, I do believe my Husband and daughter were discriminated against as I do not see this "policy" listed anywhere. If it is, in fact, a true policy, I would recommend the salon make their customers and potential customers aware in advance as the only heads up we have ever received was their policy on 12 hour cancellation.

The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
