The fruit was vibrant, the granola had amazing texture, and every bite felt like the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and refreshing. It wasn't just delicious--it was one of those dishes that makes you stop what you're doing because your full attention suddenly belongs to the food. Here's what makes that statement carry some weight: I live in an area of South Florida surrounded by a huge Brazilian community. I have no fewer than six dedicated açaí shops within eight minutes of my house. I've had a lot of açaí bowls over the years. As a person who works in food service, my manager has never once told me to quit or threatened to fire me because of a bad attitude. And if you are a manager you should never tell your employees that they are "terrible at their job." It ultimately reflects how poorly your training is anyway. I have never seen someone be so rude and condescending towards a person who works for them. Your management is horrendous and I will never be visiting this location ever again.
