Besides coffee, they have wine, beer, pop, and kambucha. I got the masala chai, which was nice and not overly sweet. For meal I got the hippie ki yay, and I enjoyed that flatbread, it is vegan. The spinach dip is also good but different than what you'd expect. It is not too creamy and has a little tangy taste. But I liked that a lot, so I enjoyed it. The ambiance is lively and energetic. There's a lot of seating available, and different types including a massive couch. It is noisy in there with everyone talking, but I dont think its too bad if you want to study there. They do have a stage where they have bands perform, they also have trivia nights. I hope to check out one of the trivia nights. There is a decent size parking lot in the back. This parking lot was filled on a Tuesday night, so its definitely a spot to go and check out. This is one of the best places I have been to in GR! Highly recommend it!!

We were on the SW of town and thought we would try someplace new. We will now find a reason to go here again.

And I recommend going ROUGE version highly I mean stratospherically high! I travel around and love a good sub, but after this one......... nothing will compare and I feel I will have none meet or exceed it's quality or taste. Like the old saying goes "When Alexander saw the breadth of his domain, he wept, for there were no more worlds to conquer." Plutarch. Did you ever feel like Alexander the Great, after you reached a goal in life and saw no new one? And I feel like Alexander for the place is 3 hours away drive time one way. And I can never find that in my area, so as I close out this review with tears forming in my eyes, if your travels takes you to Grand Rapids, Michigan, like Shia LaBeouf stated so eloquently" Just Do It"!!!!!!! Love B&N sandwiches. So far this is my favorite place in GR for banh mi! Love the convenience of it…read morebeing in the Vietnamese grocery store. I ordered via the kiosk and got my order pretty quickly. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, the special combo banh mi, and the crispy meat eggroll (pork). The flavors of everything was what I am familiar with and love. I feel like the spring rolls could've used more shrimp in the roll and the sauce was a bit spicy but still good. Since the spring rolls were already prepped in the grab and go section, I was able to eat those while the rest of my order was being prepared. The eggrolls and banh mi were just what I needed to fulfill my Viet food cravings. Price wise, I was not expecting to spend $24 for my meal. I am surprised that the spring rolls ($8.50) cost more than the banh mi ($10). I did order a lot though so I can't complain. B&N is definitely a good option to get some Vietnamese food around the area. I love that they also have a lot of authentic items that you can grab and go. I am definitely going to try some of their other items next time I come!

I stopped in recently and got a couple of bánh mì and some gỏi cuốn tôm (shrimp summer rolls). There is a kiosk where you can order, which makes it easy as it has photos and you can tap to pay. If you need a receipt, be sure to ask at the counter, as the machine didn't print me one. It only took a few minutes to get our order and we got to watch the employee assemble our tasty sandwiches. I got the bánh mì Đặc biệt (special combination) and Nate ordered the bánh mì thịt nướng (BBQ pork). The bánh mì are still my favorite in town, with perfectly crispy yet soft bread, fresh veggies and herbs, and delicious meat. The BBQ pork was my favorite this time, even though I always order the special combination. The summer rolls were refreshing and we love the dipping sauce.

I ordered over the phone for pickup at prime lunch time on a Thursday. They had quite a few people in there when I arrived but they are quick and efficient at moving through the line and my food was ready to go already when I got there. I ordered the Three Rivers Club (which comes with a pickle spear and a choice of side: pasta salad, coleslaw, or a bag of chips. I opted for the pasta salad) for lunch and also ordered the Greektown Salad to have for dinner. The sandwich was FANTASTIC. It has capicola, turkey, pepperoni, pesto, provolone, tomato, and spinach on wheat bread and is served hot! It was a great portion size and literally so filling for lunch. I can't wait to have it again and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The pasta salad side cup it comes with is house made and very tasty as well. The salad was also a great portion size and is so fresh. I love how it is served/displayed in the box. Made me want to take a picture right away because it looked so pleasing! They have a long list of dressings you can choose from but of course I opted for Greek dressing. Their menu is extensive but their prices are very fair for the quality and amount of food you are getting. I can't wait to come back and work my way through the menu!

I was quoted $13.99, but unfortunately charged over $16! It wasn't until I looked at my texted receipt that I noticed I was overcharged for half a sub instead of a quarter. Bummer. I went "rogue" with my sub where they turn the sub inside out, rub oil on it and grill it like a panini. It was good and worth the $.75 upgrade. Overall, the quality is good. I like the many mayonnaise and mustard options. Veggies tasted fresh. It's just a let down to pay so much for so little. For the same price I could sit down and have entire meal at The Winn that would be much larger (granted, I didn't get half the sub I paid for). The potato soup was okay. Not as good as Red Lobster's potato bacon. Just kinda a one note salty flavor. I probably wouldn't get that again. If I do decide to return, I might just get a huge sub for $15-16 and split it amongst my family. That was the highlight of the meal. Good meats, fresh veggies, inventive presentation with the rogue option and I enjoyed the mayonnaise Provence for some extra herbs. Next time, I'll inquire when I feel the price is too much. Oh well.
