Came to pick up an order. Gave gentleman the name of the order. He immediately said he needed to see the order on my phone. Showed him the name on my phone. Then advised me that I needed to go into the order confirmation. Sir, how would I know that this order was there. He wanted me to confirm without him giving me the bag to make sure it was correct. He treated me as if I was lying and stealing. Very poor customer service. I will not be back. read more

I have been buying smoothies from here since they opened. In the beginning and up until several months ago, they were fantastic, but lately, they have been horrible!!! The one I got today had NO flavor, I could not taste a strawberry or banana, it had NO sweetness, and was watery. This is the 4th time this has happened. At $6 to $7 a smoothie, I just can't bring myself to buy another that was as horrible as these. What have you done to the Beach Bum smoothie??? The kids working there have always been super attentive and kind. Great service, great food and smoothie choices and taste great too. One of my kids favorite places to grab a quick healthier option. My fav is the pomegranate plunge- I could have that every day of my life, if I could afford it - but you do get a huge smoothie! read more

An amazing amazing smoothie place. Had the pleasure of of meeting Carrie, who I believe is in management. Extremely outgoing and you can tell how passionate she is about what she does. Her recommendations have always been spot on. They have a Cuban grilled sandwhich and chicken something (sorry can't remember the name) however they are both off the chain delicious. The Cuban is meaty, cheesy, and have that awesome crunch from the bread that makes that sandwhich a masterpiece. It is actually really nice to go into a business, and feel appreciated. She always knows my smoothie before I get to the register but always checks to make sure I haven't changed my mind. This place is obviously new, and I just have not taken the time before to pop in ... but did today. Place is VERY clean, bright spacious, and welcoming. Staff is crazy friendly and the menu is simple but vast. One of the main reasons I had never stopped was because .. I don't want a smoothie. Good news, they have a wide variety of flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches and salads ... and of course, bunch of smoothies (from health nut to beach bum). I got the Chipotle Chicken Club flatbread and it was so flavorful and just the right size. (490 calories) All items are labeled with calories so you know what you are getting into ... lots of healthy options. Cool options for meals ... smoothie and half sammy, and a smoothie to a meal cheaper than just getting one outright. Prices very reasonable! Have a kids menu with kid size smoothies. Breakfast ALL day ... omelet and flatbreads. You can order online and pickup. There IS an app for that (Apple Store and Google Play). read more

Super clean place. I got an orange ginger smoothie and it was super refreshing on a summer day. You can literally taste all the ingredients rather than some overpowering others. They have outside seating and close at 9pm most days which is super convenient. Plenty of food options too. read more

FRESHHHHH -- A GAME CHANGER! The cali club and chipotle chicken flat bread sandwiches are so delicious and filling. Good quality chicken and veggies to get your daily nutrition. The avocolada is my absolute favorite smoothie!! I get it 75% of the time. Avocado, pineapple, kale, spinach - ugh so good!!! The rest of the times, I get the muscle blaster with whey protein when I know I just finished working out or will be working out. I love this spot! This is an awesome restaurant! The food is Amazing, but the only difference between the kids meal and adult is the size of the smoothie. The service is good, especially when you order online. We were hungry and in a rush to catch the next showing of avengers at the theater so we stopped here for food. We got the Cali club chicken flatbread and overall I think the food was good, but not great. I felt like it was a little bland. The chicken wasn't dry, which is a plus, and the mayo it comes with is pretty good but I need more sourness or saltiness or herbs. Something. I think this place is supposed to be healthy though? Either way, if we come back we'll try the smoothie next time and not the food. read more

So I go here all of the time. I had no idea it was so close to my house. The inside is beautiful. The staff is so knowledgeable on all of the smoothies. I went in to get one since I have a cold and she let me sample one. I told her I needed something with vitamin c and she delivered. We even have the same name! Stopped here for lunch with a friend this week. When we arrived the place wasn't busy. The employees were helpful in answering questions since it was new. I ordered the Baja chicken bowl with the apple slaw. It was so good. I don't even like slaw usually but the apple kale slaw was delicious. My friend ordered half a sandwich and a smoothie. I tried her matcha smoothie and it was so good. I'm so thankful this is a good, fast, healthy option close to work. I am already thinking about what smoothie I will order when I go back! read more

This is a place that we have wanted to try and since they have now opened one in the 5 forks area we figured we check it out. We went on Sunday afternoon and it was busy, which is always a good sign. Back in NY I had the privilege of having several Tropical Smoothies near where I lived, when I moved down to Greenville I was a little bummed that I wouldn't be able to get tropical smoothie because I thought they didn't have locations down here. We really like the smoothies, food, and staff here, but unfortunately the mask order in effect in SC isn't being enforced in this establishment. Of the seven other customers in the restaurant with me, only two were actually wearing masks. Staff never requested that customers wear them, despite the sign on the door saying masks were required. The mask slackers came in and got served no problem. It's gross to have these people up at the register breathing all over everything in the middle of a pandemic. Yuck! read more

I visited the new TSC Greenville (2815 Woodruff Rd . next to the Lowe's Grocery store) Friday evening with my son, just when they were closing for the evening. I was cordially greeted by Greg Powell, Managing Director with a great thanks for coming into our new TSC location, but his staff made my son a great Rockin' Raspberry Smoothie. Bottom line..
