First, the mission of meaningfully employing folks with disabilities is reason alone for me to love it here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and offered samples and information about the menu. The whole shop smells amazing like fresh waffle cones, and there is cute pink and rainbow decor and plenty of seating. I'm dairy free so I got mango, one of two DF options. My husband got Cookie Monster- blue with Oreos and chocolate chip cookies! And my mother in law got strawberry. The ice cream is made there and we thought it was really yummy! There is also outdoor seating. It would be nice to have a trash can outside, but in this season it would probably attract bees so it was no big deal to run the trash inside. The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. They were welcoming and made it easy to figure out what to order, especially with so many different options on the menu. The only downside for me is the price. It's definitely a little on the pricey side for juices and smoothies, especially if you're ordering more than one item. I understand that fresh, quality ingredients can cost more, but it can add up pretty quickly. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Green Farm Juicery. There was an interaction I observed that makes 2 things apparent: 1. Rune is known for moving at a slow/snail's/unacceptable pace when it comes to fulfilling food orders in particular, maybe even orders in general. 2. The people that work at Rune do not match/fit in with the people of Mariemont. The best part of this trip to Rune was discovering they carry a bevy of St. Steve's drinks! I am familiar with the company from Holland Farmers Market, in Holland, MI. I would recommend trying it! So, would I return to Rune? Hmm. I had extremely high expectations for the entire process and I was not disappointed. Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. Cincy Vinyl Wraps fully delivered on-contract, but what really shows the quality of an organization is how they treat you after the bill has been settled. For that reason, I have no hesitation in recommending Brad and crew for any job regardless of size or complexity.
