I love the smoothies but every time I come to this location it gets worse. So many flies flying around, saw an open bag of bread on the counter that they can just fly into. Trash overflowing too. The workers never seem to know what they are doing I can see why the turn over rate is so high at this location. The past few times I've gotten smoothies here, I couldn't taste anything but ice and this time was no exception. Unenthusiastic, non motivated workers will hesitantly take your order because honestly, they rather be talking with themselves or on their cellphones updating their social media. Went in to the place yesterday and was the ONLY person on line. The young man said "hi" and he was busy making smoothies for the couple that was sitting down. I waited for about five minutes, watched him serve their smoothies, then decided cleaning the equipment was more important that actually serving the customer in front of him. I couldn't believe it and stood there for about 20 seconds as he blatantly ignored me and turned his back to wash the blending equipment. Staff at this location are rude. The smoothies are good, but it takes forever, which is why I usually call in ahead of time. However, they do not allow you to use a coupon when ordering over the phone or online. They only allow you to use the coupon if you go into the store. I ordered my drinks with the lady at the front, I understand she may have not heard me say "scratch that first drink" when I changed my mind. Which is fine. When I went to pick up my drink I mentioned that I didn't order a third drink and it must've been by mistake (politely I might add) and the only thing the guy said to me was "well you already paid for it so" in a very rude annoyed voice. I wasn't able to catch his name but he was kind of short, curly hair, tan skin, earrings and a beanie. Any normal fast food customer service in which I've worked in at least would apologize and either refund or give you some kind of comp card for the mistake. I wouldn't have been upset if he would've offered to just refund the extra drink because mistakes do happen.
