Please sell coffee.... if you don't like caffeine (and are trying to make us all better people) then don't make coffee smoothies or suggest I buy this instead of my morning cup of Joe. If you are okay w caffeine then let the customers choose how they take it. read more

This location is located in a strip near other businesses, like Publix and Tractor Supply. There is ample seating. The menu provided a range of items, from smoothies to açaí bowls. After approaching the counter the team working was busy. We were helped a short time later. Our beverage took about 10 minutes to make because there were a few orders ahead of us. We enjoyed the detox smoothie we shared. It is large and the price was around $8-9. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - DETOX ISLAND GREEN® - Sandwiches Near Me - Loxahatchee, Florida

Great location. Super chill. The service here is amazing. Truly pay a lot of attention to detail. My favorite are the açaí bowls and the chia banana boost smoothie with peanut butter. So good! Definitely recommend any location but this one in particular. read more

I am really mad at this place. I placed a pick up because I had no time do to my work. Get there pick up the order, two beach club chicken salads. When I get home and opened the salads there was not chicken on any of them, only lettuce leaves and spinach and a little be of Parmesan cheese. The chicken was missing in action. I tryied calling them like 10 times and nobody answered the phone. Never going back again. read more

I love the smoothies but every time I come to this location it gets worse. So many flies flying around, saw an open bag of bread on the counter that they can just fly into. Trash overflowing too. The workers never seem to know what they are doing I can see why the turn over rate is so high at this location. The other locations aren't as bad as far as I have seen which makes me sad because this is the location on my way home. I hope they can clean up a bit and train their employees on proper food handling and storage. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hummus veggie wrap - Sandwiches Near Me - Loxahatchee, Florida

I'm Sarah I'm 10. Me and my mom were debating between tropical smoothie and Wawa. I wanted a slurpie or a smoothie but I couldn't decide. But I was also hungry so we went to tropical smoothie cafe. The quesadillas are way better at tropical smoothie. The only time I was upset with tropical smoothie is when the messed up my order and put chicken in my cheese quesadilla. But that was a year ago and I still hold some rage. It's kinda like holding space but the opposite. Okay. What am I going to say next. Make sure to get the Bahama mama or the Jetti punch but if your allergic to strawberries than don't go. Tehehhehehehee. When I was there there was a poster with an açaí bowls and I said I love those but my mom said I've never had one. And I said it's basically just a chocolate and fruit bowl but my mom said it's not true. I guess I'll never know since she won't let me get one. Tehehhehehee. 4 stars I still hold rage. Tehehehhee. read more

I accidentally left my wallet here and the staff was very loyal and kept my wallet in a safe until I was able to come pick it up. It felt great to know that there is still genuine good people in this world! read more

Tropical Smoothie hasn't been good in years. I don't know why I keep giving it another chance. Ordered a peaches and silk and mango magic. Two smoothies were about $12. The past few times I've gotten smoothies here, I couldn't taste anything but ice and this time was no exception. There is about 1/2 cup of fruit mixed with 2 cups of ice and a lot of sweetener to give it some sort of flavor. read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - No indoor dining during the COVID National Emergency - Sandwiches Near Me - Loxahatchee, Florida

This is by far the worst tropical I have been to and I have been going to tropical all over florida for years. The customer service is negative on a 1-10 scale and the inconsistency in the food Is unbelievable you never know what you're going to get whenever you come here read more

I'll pass. They always seem to get my order wrong. Doesn't matter what it is. Did like the sweet potatoes!!

Always a long wait time and the workers behind the counter have poor customer service.

Hello I would just like to take the time to say that Sierra is the kindest and sweetest worker there. she works hard and gets the order done exactly how you would want it. She brings immense warmth to this location, the manager should be proud. Your team must be doing a good job by bringing in people like her. read more

Truly meh. Food safety is not a priority. Water and ice containers sludgey and moldy. Lids and containers in view of cafe is not kept properly with lids/upside down. Management is poor. The team members try their hardest with what they're givven from whaat I'm sure is management. I do not trust this location will have consistency and quality and entirely food safe product, as I once saw a moldy sandwich at a PBSC off site location. read more

I don't even know why I try to order from here. Smoothies always watered down and taste like nothing. I used to work at tropical smoothie in high school. It's not that hard to make a smoothie. Less ice and water and more fruits. Also had placed an online order and of course it was sitting out the whole time. I make smoothies every morning for myself it's not that hard read more

I usually go to the one on jog and lantana, but that was out of my way today. i went to this location and ordered my meal off the app, a smoothie and wrap. i've been here a few times and it was decent. i go inside and i get a quesadilla instead. no big deal i told someone it was supposed to be a wrap and they remade it, but i had ordered on the app to add some extra veggies on it and they didn't add it on the wrap. the smoothie wasn't blended well. i got the detox island green and it had chunk of the ingredients at the bottom. kind of a waste of $16. i'm gonna stick with either going to the one in wellington or lake worth because they seem to be the most consistent. read more

This place is amazing, the smoothies is delicious and the restaurant is beautiful, I try the pomegranate plunge and is perfect for the energy! I can recommend this place! I know soon I came back for the quesadillas! read more

Very good smoothies I've tried a couple different ones and I've loved every single one always adding soy protein. My favorites are: CHIA BANANA BOOST Roasted banana, chia seeds, almonds, whole grain oats, cinnamon, dates & coconut with choice of peanut butter or strawberries DETOX ISLAND GREEN Spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger SUNSHINE Mango, banana, orange, pineapple & orange juice I've also tried the Hummus Veggie Wrap it has hummus, smashed avocado, pepper jack cheese, a romaine, kale & spinach blend, rice, black beans, pickled red onions, tomatoes & lite ranch that's really good!! The sitting area is nice with relaxing beach vibes very nice place and staff. Best go to spot for a healthy and delicious pick me up! read more

Decent smoothies but the service is "O-K" at best and horrible most times. Unenthusiastic, non motivated workers will hesitantly take your order because honestly, they rather be talking with themselves or on their cellphones updating their social media. Went in to the place yesterday and was the ONLY person on line. The young man said "hi" and he was busy making smoothies for the couple that was sitting down. I waited for about five minutes, watched him serve their smoothies, then decided cleaning the equipment was more important that actually serving the customer in front of him. I couldn't believe it and stood there for about 20 seconds as he blatantly ignored me and turned his back to wash the blending equipment. Here's my point and i hope the OWNERS read this - during this covid19 pandemic i understand businesses are suffering and times are tough. Which is MORE of a reason to TRAIN your staff and instill a WORK ETHIC in them. Why go to a NON ESSENTIAL business like Tropical Smoothie when i can WALK 50 FEET to Publix, purchase everything i need, then go home and make smoothies for my WHOLE family for the ENTIRE week. Now more than ever communities need to support one another, but it's important that businesses and the employees SUPPORT the customers with EXCELLENT customer service and PROMPT attention !! read more

Great spot for breakfast. Smoothies are amazing and the chicken wrap is a filler. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the Tropical smoothie on Southern & Greatly enjoyed it. Tropical green smoothie was made to order.

Ordered Thai Peanut Chicken Bowl. Salad came with a side Kale & Apple Slaw, very fresh and yummy! Dressing has a little kick to it. read more

I get the Bahama mama all the time and this location somehow made it taste like sour eggs. Threw the whole thing away. Wish i had time to get my money back but now I know never this location!! read more

This place has terrible management!!!!!! I walked up to the cashier and waited for about 5 minutes just to have my order placed! I ordered a smoothie and while waiting by the door I could see most of the staff sitting in the back, they were all on their phones or vaping in their work environment! Terrible just Terrible and you wonder why it takes 30 minutes just to get a smoothie because people DONT want to do their jobs! read more

I love the people that run the store. Are always kind and always nice. The store is always clean and the smoothies are delicious. Food items are sometimes hit and miss but I had a problem with the sandwich I ordered and they fixed it immediately. I love the island green smoothie. read more

SOOOO SLOOWWWWW!! we have been waiting 20 minutes for a couple of wraps.....and still the wait continues! This is not a fast food option! 2 other customers in the whole place and 3 staff behind the counter. Are they growing the lettuce back there?! read more

Extremely selective on who they require to wear masks and who they don't. They are not consistent. When issues brought to the managers attention she was very rude. Will not spend money in this location ever again. read more

Good food, good smoothie, but waaaay too slow!! Took more than 10 minutes for sandwich and even longer for smoothie. Restaurant wasn't even half full. Need to fix that! read more

I'm happy this opened so far out west, but it's a bit of a let down. they really don't have any healthy smoothie options, and the menu is limited but the food was good. read more

Staff at this location are rude. The smoothies are good, but it takes forever, which is why I usually call in ahead of time. However, they do not allow you to use a coupon when ordering over the phone or online. They only allow you to use the coupon if you go into the store. Doesn't seem fair or smart from a public health perspective. I tried to explain this to "Courtney" the General Manager and she hung up the phone. I won't be going back to this location. read more

There's nothing bad to say about the place. It's fast easy and good for you(smoothie wise). I haven't had any of their other food items but I get the peanut butter banana smoothie every time and add blue berries with soy protein read more

Use to be great but recently can't get a single order right and had a sandwich earlier with raw chicken. Smoothies taste awful and are never right and service is questionable. Eat at your own risk. read more

Absolutely stunningly and excruciatingly slow service. We were one of only two customers in the store and it took 30 minutes to get a salad and a club sandwich. When delivered to our table they forgot a humus wrap and any utensils to eat the salad, which took another 5 min to receive. The food is good but not that good! read more

the food and smoothies are good but the employees and customer service at this location is below the average standard. Since it's close to my location I go on my lunch break once in a while. It usually takes forever even when I call it in 15+ mins beforehand read more

Updated review- tropical smoothie has really upped their game. It took them a few months to get organized but now they are smooth sailing. Good hot food and smoothies are always yummy. read more

I gave this TSC 2-stars because it was nice looking and kept facility. However the service is extremely slow. They had 4 people working behind the counter and I waited 15 minutes for my one smoothie. At one point there were 11 people waiting for smoothies and no smoothies were even in the process of being made. 5-6 machines and not one running. I should have just gone to Jamba Juice. read more

I ordered my drinks with the lady at the front, I understand she may have not heard me say "scratch that first drink" when I changed my mind. Which is fine. When I went to pick up my drink I mentioned that I didn't order a third drink and it must've been by mistake (politely I might add) and the only thing the guy said to me was "well you already paid for it so" in a very rude annoyed voice. I wasn't able to catch his name but he was kind of short, curly hair, tan skin, earrings and a beanie. Any normal fast food customer service in which I've worked in at least would apologize and either refund or give you some kind of comp card for the mistake. I wouldn't have been upset if he would've offered to just refund the extra drink because mistakes do happen. On top of that I in no way shape or form was rude to him when I mentioned it and for him to be rude unnecessarily doesn't make me want to come back to this establishment.. although the black lady with braids in the front messed up my order she was very nice and patient before and after I ordered. Didn't mention anything to her once the other gentleman was rude to me because I was upset at the way he talked to me, but I assure you she would've been just as nice about it had I have spoken to her.. read more

I decided to give this location a shot due to the convenience of the location, big mistake. During my initial visit, I ordered a flatbread that had only 2 chunks of chicken and a sprinkle of wilted lettuce. I figured it was due to the rush, so I decided to try it out again yesterday. I ordered a smoothie and it was more like a slush. The ice was not fully blended, and lacked any taste. The service was slow and unfriendly. I will not be returning. read more

Absolute horrible service. Ordered wraps to go, they made them wrong and they said they will notify the cooks to be more careful. Nothing to rectify the situation. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Did not even offer to make new ones. Stay away from this one. The one in Wellington is much better and more professional. read more
