This place is absolutely terrible. Their drive thru is almost never open and with no signs to indicate even though they have hours before closing. You wait a ridiculous amount of time for someone to come to take your order and after some point it gets so ridiculous that you have to go inside. The whole point of drive thru is the convenience of not getting out of your car, so why am I alway having to get out of my car in the freezing cold temps to go inside because the workers are just that damn lazy. Honestly corporate should clean house and fire them all. Zero stars should be an option for this place. read more

Literally worst service by jasmine. Ignore my foodie card. When I confronted her she was obnoxious and said she didn't know what is was. Why not ask me?? Then another came out and said do I want a refund? No one wanted my discount. She then got defensive when I said jasmine had zero personality. That was Alexis. Anytime I try to give this place another shot, they just always disappoint me with the quality of the food or sloppiness with which the items I have ordered are packaged for me. Whether uber eats, door dash or ordering online through the app to pick up...just always messy smoothies and bowls with leakage or residue leaving everything sticky. Best made Smoothies at a good size and fair price in comparison to other locations that sell similar products. Food was fresh and tasty. Picked up my favorite an Acai Berry Smoothie, added energy booster and this time made it a combo with adding food options Chicken Pesto flatbread and kale slaw side off their app to pickup. This location is a little awkwardly positioned off main road and you can fly by, but worth the stop as they have always gotten the orders right this far. I was so excited to have a TSC near me but this is unfortunately one of the more poorly run locations. The wait is always unacceptable no matter how many times I visit and no matter how long I wait between visits. I give up then give it another chance but I am consistently disappointed. The staff lacks professionalism & tact, they watch you standing there as they walk back and forth without so much as an "I'll be with you asap" or even an acknowledgement of the customer's existence. I have contacted the company numerous times and though they try to remedy it with a credit, the service remains sub par. I'm not one for negative reviews, first time leaving one, but this was such a bad experience. From Go I waited close to 10 minutes at the speaker before someone could take my order. I had to say hello could someone please take my order. Then another 15 minutes before I got to the window to pay. Looked like only kids are working there and they need a manager. After paying, I waited another 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 Açaí bowls and what was supposed to be a Thai Chicken salad. They gave me the bowls and said they just put the chicken in the oven. 10 minutes later they hand me a Thai chicken wrap not salad and when I told them I ordered a salad they said okay you will need to pull around and come inside if you don't want the wrap and want us to make you a salad instead. I didn't have anymore time since I already was in the drive thru with my kids for close to 40 minutes on my lunch break from work. Was not a fan of paying 40 dollars for the wrong order and having that long of a wait in the drive thru. read more

I love tropical smoothie, but I have never been to this location without an issue. Whether it's a food substitution, staff simply not doing their job, or how inefficient their in store or drive thru is, I always know not to go. I try to go to this one regularly and time after time, i'm beyond frustrated or disappointed. Wait times are insane for a drive thru and i understand it takes time but each other should not be taking 20 minutes. When i order in at other locations, I have never had it take 20 minutes even when it's busy. I have never been offered my sides when i'm here, i've ordered items and simply not been given them, I've been charged for cups of water that staff did not give to me after the fact of charging me. It's not like this happens once or twice, this happens every time I've come here. It's simple- i know it's a bunch of kids working and they probably don't care, but management seriously needs to get a grip. Never offering sides when someone orders a combo, and to not give people the food they paid and ordered is crazy. I'll stick to the one in massapequa it's better and the staff make it worth going. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes without my order being taken meanwhile the cars in front of me had all left. There was one car behind me and i kept saying hello to the machine with no answer but an automated recording I had to leave without order and having wasted my time. read more

Everyone here is very young and veryyy slow. I know they're new, so I think with time, they'll work out the kinks and figure out what works. Employees must be sure to WASH THEIR FINGERNAILS. One of the boys had a ton of dirt under his fingernails which you don't want to see when people are preparing your food. And there needs to better training in food handling in general. I love tropical smoothie as a chain, it's my favorite lunch to get close to my job, however the lindenhurst location makes it really impossible to spend my money there. The workers are way too young and immature to be working there alone. Carrying on dumb conversations amongst themselves while I'm waiting for my food to be made. I placed a pickup order for 10:55am, and got there at 11am banking on the fact that it would be ready and waiting. Instead I was the one left waiting, because the big man child behind the counter was talking to his Apple Watch instead of pouring my incorrectly made smoothie. I've given this place a few chances, hoping it would be a one off. unfortunately It's a poor customer service experience everytime. Don't even bother going through the drive thru. It takes them 5 minutes to greet you through the speaker, and even with ordering online, I have sat in the drive through for 10 mins waiting for anyone to come to the window to hand me the food. I actually had to back up through the drive through, park and go inside to get my own food because I was going to be late going back to work. It's really upsetting and I wish management could do better at hiring, or at least getting a supervisor in there who can keep all those kids on track. 0 out of 5 stars for sure. read more
