However, the Baja Chicken Wrap was a huge disappointment: It's easily one of the worst things I've ever eaten. The rice was undercooked, the avocado tasted far from fresh, and the wrap was cold on the inside while warm on the outside--a strange and unpleasant combination. Do not expect great service but do expect great food and smoothies. Going in with this expectation makes the experience way better. We always order to go while in the location and usually have to wait ~20-30 minutes for the food and smoothies. The pomegranate plunge is hands down one of my favorite smoothies. SO GOOD. The pomegranate and cranberry really make a difference. Very refreshing. I loved my Thai chicken wrap. The wrap was crispy, the marinade was tangy, veggies were fresh, and the chicken was grilled perfectly. Couldn't have been happier. My boyfriend had the strawberry balsamic flatbread. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes the smoothies are rich and flavorful but then there are times it's watery and it feels like a waste of your money and time. I like when they have the buy one get one free through Uber eats which also allows you to sub one of the ingredients. I save one for the next day. The service use to be good but I feel like they are understaffed like so many places and the employees just work and don't have the energy to engage with customers. It's the only decent vegetarian option for lunch close to my job otherwise I would try somewhere else every so often. read more

I used to work there the food is mid as is but once inflation made it too pricey I would've been stopped eating there but due to Marc hiring mostly teens there are few adult " people who actually care about their job" so if you have a bunch of kids behind your counter you will have terrible service and many health code violations happening go to the Coral Springs location and ask for lattice she's the manager and will help you with great customer service. read more

Started out bad, but ended well. The first time I come to this location, they opened late and we're struggling. They already had a bunch of orders through DoorDash and similar places. The problem though was internal orders couldn't be taken. They were having issues taking orders, something with the system. I could tell the staff was extremely frustrated but they were also trying to be polite. I ended up leaving cause I couldn't wait. Came back a couple of weeks later and had a great experience. Location-This by far has to be the worst location. It's always messy and trash is always somewhere to be seen. The smoothies almost/always never have a taste to them. Staff-it does not matter what time of day you come in, the staff here always look miserable and annoyed. At times you come in, no one greets you or they'd be sitting in the dining area on their phones. If you let them know the smoothies have no taste, they look at you so annoyed without saying a word and start making a new with with an attitude. Worst experience at a tropical cafe. First off, They were severely understaffed. This is not the workers fault, but regardless Because things like this, things done run smoothly, and that isn't ok. We ordered and stayed waiting for our food for 30mins, and it's a very good thing that I had my husband check on our food, because they totally forgot our order. Even though we were the only ones sitting there without our food. Several people came in and left before we ever got our food today! I was very hungry and we had to be somewhere, we came in with plenty of time to eat in a relax setting, but because of this mess up, it ruined that plan. So because we paid for it, we had to wait. No type of compensation was offered and instead of offering something for our troubles they just made our sandwiches that we were due from the start anyway. Came here for my first time. I ordered 2 smoothies. The green island express and the sunrise sunset. I also ordered a veggie hummus wrap. As I'm ordering I ask if any sweeteners are added. Come to find out that even though it says "naturally sweetened" they add sugar. I asked them no sugar please. So I get the smoothies and they taste like absolutely nothing. Something similar to blended ice. Then when I receive my wrap that was supposed to come with a side of apples and bananas was just 1 whole green apple. I watched this employee use 3 different blenders to make the same smoothie and instead of her filling the cup, she deliberately left almost half of the blender of smoothie and wasted it by putting it in the sink. This makes no sense and she is wasting product when she could of given that to the customer since the price of my smoothie isn't less because I get less.
