My wife and I have often decided against dining here simply because of the frustration with the system. On several occasions, we've seen walk-ins seated ahead of those already on the waitlist. Even worse, the notifications are inconsistent: we'll receive a message saying our table will be ready in 10 minutes, only to get another update pushing the wait back by 30 minutes. At that point, we usually head to another restaurant, only to receive a message minutes later that our table is suddenly ready. Because of this, the restaurant ends up sending a lot of business across the street to the Original Pancake Factory. If they could get their waitlist process under control, this place would truly be unbeatable. If you want something similar I would highly recommend LaPeep and they can manage a wait list.
