Walked in ordered a 1 large " Strawberry n Banana smoothie", 1 small "Berry "smoothie and a breakfast burrito. Waited around 10 minutes for my order. Paid a-lot of money basically for 2 smoothies made mostly of blended ice. Did not taste any fresh Strawberries or Bananas in it. The breakfast burrito was great- ironically enough. Most of my order was messed up and the girl at the counter didn't really repeat anything back or check if she heard me right. I think she's not comfortable with it yet and needs more training before being put on register by herself. I waited over 32 minutes for one Caribbean jerk wrap. I asked the staff how much longer it was going to be kindly, and it was snapped back at with a rude remark saying that there was only three people working. There was not a long line and no reason that my my wrap should have taken anywhere nearly as long as it had. I will be calling corporate for a refund and complaint because I should not have been met with rude staff and such a long wait times without an apology at the very least. read more

Terrible service. I ordered a wrap and a smoothie online and it wasn't included in my order. When I finally received my wrap it wasn't made correctly. My smoothie was watered down and incorrect. I called to ask for credit back and the manager was very rude and hung up on me. Overall terrible experience, I am continuously disappointed with this establishment and it's management. We pulled off US23 N after seeing the highway sign for a smoothie stop. So glas we did. I love this place!! All the smoothie selections, tacos, bowls, and salads! This is my perfect fast food stop. I had the korean BBQ taco. A little spicy and very tasty, with some cucumber in the sauce for crunch. That was a very nice touch. Had a gluten free gal with us and she loved the spinach bowl. My hubs liked his chicken tacos and we all dug our smoothies. REAL GINGER in the smoothies. Boosters and add-ins available. I love it. Just found out there is one on campus. So worth the hike to N. University from downtown. I just hope that location is as good as this one. read more

Poor customer service experience. Driving across town I called and asked to place an order only to be informed that I can't order by phone without paying. Obviously, this is neither a convenient nor safe while driving. "We aren't busy" I was told by the staff. I arrive to find 4 people waiting in line. Here's what I fail to understand; I can order a pizza, Chinese, subs all without inconveniently trying to pay over the phone while driving. I expressed as much to the young lady and was met with "Its our policy". Well here's my policy, I don't patronize businesses that cannot provide a basic level of customer service. read more

I keep thinking that maybe they are just new staff but the last 4 times I have been there and ordered a wrap, it looks like a 5 year old made it. And it was terrible!!! The smoothies are amazing and I love the service but the cafe is too small and there is limited seating. I only gave this a three star rating because the food and drinks are overpriced and I get they take a while to make and are something you can't get everywhere but still. Sometimes your food is more than ten minute wait and they serve people that came in after you first. If you don't want to stand you must sit at the big table at the back with other people which can be awkward to talk about things in front of strangers. Overall the food is great but there should be some updates made for the well being of their costumers. read more

Not sure how you can mess up the premixed smoothies, but last couple times I have been here have been awful. I ended up throwing out my smoothie as soon as I got back to work since it was undrinkable. I've have been substituting Splenda for sugar while dieting. Pretty sure this one had both. To top it off, was given the wrong change, but caught this at the register. Overall horrible experience and probably will not be back at this location for quite a while. read more

I was just at here and I ordered 2 quesadillas and a wrap and I only ended up with 1 quesadilla and my wrap. Also my quesadilla was not even cooked the cheese was not melted and my chicken was cold. Not to add my wrap was supposed to be warm and it was also cold. read more

Bad experience. I stopped in to get a smoothie and placed an order inside the restaurant. There were people waiting for their orders ahead of me. Fine, I know these spots can get busy. However, it seemed they had a rush of call in orders and these were ahead of mine. I believe they had 10+ orders ahead of mine including food and smoothies. They also had two women making the smoothies and one of them left. One young woman spoke loudly about her upcoming break. After 25 minutes and no smoothie, I asked about the status of my order. I had an appointment and really couldn't wait longer. I asked if I could just cancel my order. I don't think I was rude, I just had to go. They made me a smoothie with chunks of greens and chopped ice to just complete the order. I am a regular at Tropical Smoothie and juice bars and this smoothie was Terrible. I am sorry I paid for it. I truly understand a carry out service being really busy but spending 30 minutes to receive one item is unacceptable. I would advise they create two lines...one for persons ordering in the store and. Great place to cool down after a hot day. Can of the strawberry banana smoothies, kids love the peanut butter one.

So I recently went on vacation around the area and visited 3 times in a row. The first day it literally took 20 min to get 2 smoothies and there were only 2 people waiting inside. The smoothie I got tasted bitter and had so much orange juice in it and I always get this smoothie at other locations and it never tasted this bad and on top of that before I even got my smoothie you gave me someone elses order. The 2nd day i got a peanut butter cup and the girl in front of me ordered the same one but without banana and then come to find out that once I left I got the wrong order again. The 3rd day I got a peanut butter cup again. And the girl behind me got the same order but without chocolate. Once I got back to camp i looked at the side of the cup and the cup said "no choc" so I once again got the wrong order. I understand it's not easy to work right now I've been working through this pandemic too but this is straight up rediculous. Three days in a row!!!! read more

This is a healthy alternative to fast food .great wraps and fish tacos and the smoothie combinations are delish .the staff is friendly .look to spend a little more than you would at a typical fast food place .but its worth it not to feel like crap after you eat. read more
