The smoothies are good! The food...I will say, could be good...but it's not. Every time I order a wrap from here it is swimming in sauce/dressing. It's almost inedible. Each time I've had to open the wrap and wipe/spoon out the excess. On a few occasions I just had to throw it in the trash. Today I ordered two wraps where I planned to have half of each one for breakfast and then lunch. The amount of dressing inside was mind boggling. There is no chance that I could've saved the other halves. The wrap itself was so soggy it was like slop. I sincerely hope that amount of dressing is not the actual recipe but rather someone in kitchen with a very heavy hand. Enjoyed this experience from start to finish. I went on to the website and ordered. First the prices are super reasonable. A pretty big smoothie and a filling flatbread deal for around 11 dollars is awesome. Immediately received a text to help make my pick up fast and efficient. It used my location to help the team know when I'd be there and right when I pulled up it knew I was there and told me where to park. On top of all that unlike some other reviews my smoothie was awesome and thick not watery and my flatbread had amazing flavor and again very filling. Stopped in here twice during a trip to Denver, Centennial to be more specific. Both times I got the "Peanut Paradise with whey protein",it's amazing! The fruit smoothies looked great, even though I didn't have one I'm confident they are quality too. I didn't pay much attention to the food selection, but it did smell good. We were looking for a Jamba Juice and decided not to go with the usual chain smoothie place. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the tropical green smoothie tasted. The ingredients were blended well and tasted like kale, other vegetables and fresh fruit. We also had a breakfast wrap and it was pretty good. Good way to start the day before a hike. There is plenty of parking and seating inside and out. It was nice to bring the dog and sit outside in the sunshine. Very friendly people and happy employees. This location is right off the 470 near Park Meadows mall and IKEA. We will be back. read more

I used to love coming here. The manger and staff used to be so nice (maybe 4 months ago) until we came in one day and were told they no longer worked here. We would go a few times a week. Ever since then the new staff is not friendly or sociable and the quality of food and service has gone downhill drastically. I'm always in search of restaurants that post nutrition facts. Not because I'm calorie counting every day but I struggle with knowing how unhealthy certain items are so I love this menu! I came across my first Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Irvine one morning on the way to a work meeting and I went for the Island detox smoothie. It's the lowest calorie and lowest natural sugar item on the menu. Not a meal replacement smoothie which works great when I'm craving a smoothie and something edible for texture. At 180 calories for a 24 oz I can have something to sip on all afternoon. One downside, they dont have different sizes for all smoothies, a few flavors come in a "kids" size 12 oz. Today I checked out the Thai Chicken bowl, the wraps looked much better but, I couldn't take on the calories of a wrap and a smoothie. The bowl was okay.... I felt like it was missing something and it was less than thrilling to eat, but that's because as I usually say I'm a picky salad eater. read more

After a long day, I went out of my way around 845pm to go pick up a gift card for my moms birthday next Monday. I walked into the store and was helped right away and asked for a gift card. The guy who was helping me had no idea how to ring in a gift card. He called someone and then ended up FaceTiming them to get information on how the system works and it never ended up being figured out. The guy asked if I could come back another time, but at this point if you can't even provide me a gift card or have trained employees to know how to work the system, I'll buy my mom something else. Word of advice, don't come here if you need a gift card. No one knows how to work the system. Not to mention, they don't even provide online gift cards. Really like it. Just tried this place a week ago and since then have came 3 times. First time I got a totally green smoothie and it was delicious. Second time I got the island green- sugar and it was alright. Today I had a coupon for a .99 cent smoothie with a sandwich or wrap. I got the thai chicken wrap with a totally green smoothie again minus the sugar this time and it was still great. This place is a lot better than jamba juice. All smoothies are all 4.99. Also the selection of food they offer is a ton better than jamba juice as well. I will be back to try more of their smoothies. read more
